Upon entering the store one young male employee was napping under the counter, he was startled as we entered & scrambled to put his hat on. Another female employee merges from the back with the company welcome statement. We were the only customers in the store, as we were placing our order another older male employee comes partially from the back eating a sub to engage in a friendly conversation with the napping boy. As our subs were being prepared, we pass several tables due to them needing a good wiping before finding one to sit down out. Subs were fine, staffing may be an issue.

Went to firehouse to get a steak & cheese. Had more bread then meat. For the cost this sub should have been full. I could have had a slice of bread for the amount of meat I received. Only gave one star because they bread was soft. Too much mayo.

I ordered a 12-in steak and cheese sandwich it came with two tomatoes one on both ends and nothing in the middle the meat was dry the lettuce was soaking wet the sandwich was soaking wet like it was soggy I've been to a lot of places but this was terrible

I went in there to pick up multiple orders for my coworkers and everyone there was pretty great. They were already busy because it was lunchtime but they stayed positive and crushed it. I will DEFINITELY be back to this location ☺️. I wish I caught their names.
