Aaron was a phenomenal server. We were sitting at table 71/1 and I was having an amazing brunch! The coffee was black and delicious the way we love it. Overall, Aaron's service made all day. For those who haven't been to First Watch, I highly recommend it for all your gastronomical desires.

Ordered Trifecta and Purple Haze in UberEats. I didn’t receive my Purple Haze drink. I called and spoke to Stephanie the front end manager. She went out of her way to deliver my drink. Give her a raise!!! Seriously, give her a raise. I really appreciate her for doing that for me.

I had an amazing experience at First Watch thanks to my server, Tiffany. It’s hard to find great customer service these days, but she absolutely delivered. She was friendly, attentive, and consistently checked on me throughout my meal. Her positive attitude and professionalism really make First Watch look good. Tiffany knows how to make a customer feel welcomed and appreciated. I’ll definitely be back!

Ordered carry out one morning. We got the seasonal bacon hash and I got the mint mocha iced latte. Super super flavorful. Food was ready prior to pick up and the restaurant was extremely clean inside. I will be back!

This location always runs very quickly and smoothly even when crowded. Staff is always 10 out of 10, everything is always super clean. My food has been slightly cooler than I would like a few times but very rare or burnt tasting coffee but again rare and they always promptly fix it. This is my go to First Watch location in RVA.
