We ate here twice while traveling from out of town. Both days the business was slammed and they still turned tables and got the crowds seated and eating quickly (huge plus if you’re with kids!) The food was fast, delicious, and unique but not fancy in a way that made it risky to try something outside your comfort zone. Big shoutout to the Sunday brunch server JACOB who was kind and so good at his job! Highly recommend.

My friend and I visit this specific Short Pump location almost every month for breakfast and the food and service are consistently delightful. We always feel well taken care of by the staff however Viktora has been our waitress on several occasions, but not always, and yet we are so very impressed that she remembers us and our unique orders. This level of service is above and beyond and we appreciate her so much. This is the main reason this will continue to be our place of choice for our monthly breakfast meetings! I highly recommend this location.

This was my 1st visit to First Watch! What a treat!! Atmosphere is calm and serene with low background music to invite conversation. I had a hard time choosing from the extensive menu! I ended up with the Trifecta (eggs, pancake or Belgian Waffle & choice of breakfast meat. Once I ordered, the food arrived very quickly. The pancake was huge! I had cinnamon chip, it was moist and delicious with 4 slices of bacon and scrambled eggs! Let me tell, I was stuffed! Please stop in here for breakfast! It’s awesome!!
so i am a employee a first watch and recently went to this location and at first watch they do 50% discounts on family meals. my mom and my sister came and our amazing server mike served us. the food also came out perfect and very well. but the management was very rude. i went to ask for my 50% discount and mike came back and said only the manager discounted my food…… At my location my family has come MULTIPLE TIMES to eat and they have ALWAYS get discounted the ENTIRE ticket. i think it was very rude and unprofessional. Not the first watch way.
