It’s is always so clean and well maintained! The back of house from what i see looks very clean as well. The staff are super kind and attentive. You can tell they all value each customer and the quality of service they are providing. Possibly the best five guys i’ve ever been to

As a fan of in-n-out, it was a nice attempt at creating a similar experience, but definitely not the same. The prices are quite high for fast food, but my milkshake was very good (even though my order was not correct). The floor was also very sticky.

Burger and fries for lunch were good. $19.95, though. And they got my order wrong. They gave me a little burger instead of a regular burger. When I called, the person answering the phone kept telling the manager that I ordered a little burger and got a regular burger (the opposite of what happened). She had to put the manager on the phone because she said she couldn't figure out how to explain it to him. The manager offered to make me a new burger (my lunch break was over by this time) or he could email his district manager and it would take 5-7 days to issue me a refund.The correct response to this situation should have been, "I'm sorry. I'll make you a new burger and refund your money due to the inconvenience of you having to come back." Instead, they gave me a soda. And a store manager ought to have the ability to issue a refund. Having to go to a district manager to issue a refund of a fast food meal is just a ridiculously bad process.If you're going to charge $19.95 for a burger and fries, your customer service should be top notch.
