My order was wrong tonight. Didn't now this till I got home. I ordered a little cheeseburger all the way, no ketchup, got home and had a little cheeseburger with only mustard and raw Onion. My boyfriend took it back to let them know that it was wrong, a long with the receipt. The staff seemed to be angry that we brought it back. Not one apology at at all. I understand that it was close to closing tim I am not as upset about the incorrect burger, as I am about the lack of compassion from the staff.

Ordered though door dash and whoever prepared the ordered forgot the 2nd lemonade, I made a call over there (13 mins from me) and the guy didn’t hesitate to drive a round trip of 26 mins to bring me the forgotten lemonade. I didn’t catch his name because he was in and out as he dropped off but they’re awesome.

Usually I love five guys but I order my burger and started eating and boom there’s onions and I start immediately getting sick. I’m allergic to onions which is why I don’t get them on my burger and to find three onions in my burger was horrible.

this location is very clean. the service is fast & the food is good. this location seems a to be slightly better than some of the others. the staff is fast they get through big lines quickly making it look easy.
the parking lot is shared with a few other stores & a bit busy so keep your head on a swivel

Five Guys off of Forest Hill avenue by far is the best location! Hands down. They toast the bun unlike WestChester who did not and it fell apart in our hands. All locations are super friendly but Forest Hill is 100% the real deal as far as quality and toppings.
