When we walked in, we were greeted with a hello from the staff. That quickly faded as 2 of the staffers engaged in a heated argument. Because one who was arguing took our order, it was not entered correctly. His focus was not on my order, rather his focus was on continuing the argument.

Hispanic guy wearing black uniform 7:10 October 8th 2024, shouldn’t be working in that position. Empty restaurant and took forever to get my food ready, he just didn’t want to serve me looks like. Maybe he was being racist I don’t know. Served at least 3 people that arrived after me, until one of the red uniform guys asked him to finish my order, and then he did it in 5 seconds.
If he is the manager his dad is probably the owner because he doesn’t have any touch for the position.

The customer service at this location was top notch. I made an error on my order and they made the fix so simple and easy when I came to pick it up. I think every employee in there smiled and made eye contact. The location is super clean and the food was top notch. I will start visiting more based on this experience. thanks Five guys and this particular team specifically! Job well done!

Expensive!I would have given 4 star but because the payment processing put a gratuity that I did not want, that is why 3 star.Be cautious, beware.Very unhealthy food (even for a dieting cheat day)!! But that's not why you go here. You for the fries. While they are yummy and nicely seasoned (too salty for some), generous portion, they are very greasey.

I think it was $33 for two burgers (one with bacon), two drinks (one large) and a small fry (which is HUGE, of course). Still love this place. I guess everything is getting way expensive these days.
