Five guys on Forest Hill Ave. The really tall manager, he is very professional and friendly. I love eating here, the staff at night is always working hard and taking care of customers going above and beyond. I will definitely be back for more. Only con I would say is the price is a little high. But, its, worth it. Food tastes great everytime.

Super great experience today! I ordered online for pickup. Walked in and was met by smiling workers who asked for my information. He immediately went to work and maybe 2-3 minutes later my food was ready. It was piping hot as I learned in the car trying to sneak a French fry! The burgers were delicious and the ingredients fresh. Fries were great as well! This was my first time trying Five Guys and I will definitely be back!

When we walked in, we were greeted with a hello from the staff. That quickly faded as 2 of the staffers engaged in a heated argument. Because one who was arguing took our order, it was not entered correctly. His focus was not on my order, rather his focus was on continuing the argument.

Hispanic guy wearing black uniform 7:10 October 8th 2024, shouldn’t be working in that position. Empty restaurant and took forever to get my food ready, he just didn’t want to serve me looks like. Maybe he was being racist I don’t know. Served at least 3 people that arrived after me, until one of the red uniform guys asked him to finish my order, and then he did it in 5 seconds.
If he is the manager his dad is probably the owner because he doesn’t have any touch for the position.

The customer service at this location was top notch. I made an error on my order and they made the fix so simple and easy when I came to pick it up. I think every employee in there smiled and made eye contact. The location is super clean and the food was top notch.
