The usual "smash" burger was good-tasting even though I could not order it cooked "medium-rare." Everything is well-done. The fries with cajun spices were excellent and ample. But off-setting the decent meal was the price. How they can justify over $20.00 for a burger, small fries and drink is ridiculous. There is no lack of equally good burger spots in the area... and all cost far less. Nothing to comment on the counter service - just typical.

I think it was $33 for two burgers (one with bacon), two drinks (one large) and a small fry (which is HUGE, of course). Still love this place. I guess everything is getting way expensive these days.
Ordered 2 fries online by mistake but l got to the store before the order was made. The manager claimed he could not refund the money and to contact customer service. I contacted customer service and was told to return to the store for a refund. It’s 15 minutes from my home. Why wasn’t this done in the first place. So l decided you need that $7 plus Richmond tax worse than l do. That’s the cent you will get from me.

I placed an order online that for some reason did not go through for some reason.. I called to check on it. The guy I spoke to was rude, when I asked if I could go ahead and place the order he said only if I went online, or I picked it up. Right after he just hung up on me, no nothing just hung up. I work customer service, this was just inappropriate and rude. Could be the reason you loose business.

Nice clean place. Food is always good. Its the people and Management that rubs me the wrong way. Can the order taker smile, say hello, good morning, afternoon, evening. Anything but "what do you want?" Your a step up from McDonald's I thought.
