We were very disappointed by the quality of our food when it arrived. The beef in both entrees was over cooked, the fried rice tasted old, we did not receive our complimentary California roll that was supposed to come with our $55.75 meal. Our spring rolls were swimming in oil. The only thing about the meal that was good was the Tom Yum soup and the mango sticky rice. Very disappointing. You must have changed cooks because your food was the BEST in town prior to COVID. Now your food is mediocre and not worth the price. Very disappointing.

Chicken wings were tough. Pork fried rice was mid. I didn't eat it. Kung pao chicken was bad. That chicken was tough too. Best thing was the wonton soup broth. Even the scallions in the soup were tough smh. Didn’t eat the wonton after one bite. Wish I had my $25 bucks back. Good service. Bad food.

In my efforts to try new places I ordered takeout today from Fresh Wok. The order consisted of BBQ Spare ribs, BBQ Rib Tips, Chicken on a stick, Beef on a stick, Crab Rangoon and Shrimp Egg Foo Young with a side of Gen Tso's sauce. The Ribs and Rib tips had the same sauce. A little overly sweet but a solid B for flavor and smell. The one drawback was the rib tips unexpectedly had bones. The Crab Rangoon was slightly greasy and harder than expected. The filling was predominantly cream cheese and onion. Would give it a C and probably not reorder. The beef on a stick was Flavorful but a bit thin and dry. C+ The chicken on a stick was juicy but not as Flavorful C-- The Shrimp egg Foo Young was fairly standard if a bit bland C and the side of General Tso's sauce was overly sweet lacking spice. C The overall food experience was passible but may not be good enough to draw me back.
As a follow up. The Ribs and Rib Tips remain tasty the next day as did the Egg Foo Young so I bumping a star for longevity and for Owners response. I appreciate how they accept and work to learn from reviews. Will definitely give them another shot on some other dishes.

Placed a order over the phone,gave the delivery guy a $10 tip then realized i didn't get a receipt. Called back asking for it and the person on the phone was just rude, cutting me off as i was speaking. This was unacceptable as far as the person on the phone going off on me about a receipt! So apparently you have to ask for a receipt when you make a order over the phone and it doesn't say that on the website or when you call in. I will not order from there again just because of that rude person over the phone

I’ve been going here for seven years and I’ve had the best experience every time! Over the top pleasant staff and owners. Food is always fresh, tasty and always more than enough servings! There is not one item I wouldn’t recommend! Delivery is so convenient and on schedule. Please give it a try. Dine in, take out land delivery there’s no excuse not to give it a try. You will not be disappointed! Oh and they actually have fabulous sushi!

We placed an order based on Grubhub's 5 star reviews. Our order came to $130 dollars. The orange chicken and and sesame chicken were old and chewy, not fresh at all. We ended up spitting most of it out. The cabbage in the spring rolls the was crunchy and tasteless, We ended up spitting most of them out as well. The chicken wings were bland and tasteless as was the fried rice and egg foo young. Had a hint of Chinese food taste, but did not measure up to what I was used to from Chinese food. We placed a large order because we had just finished moving and were buying enough for the weekend, so we wouldn't have to cook. Will never order from this establishment again. What a waste of $130. Not sure how they got 5 stars on Grubhub.

First time placed order and proceeded to open my bag when guy tells me I cant put sauce on my food cause he just cleaned the counter. I said you gotta be joking and he was like no I just cleaned the counter and I don’t want you wasting sauce on my counter - I looked at him and told to give me some napkins and I would wipe it off if I waisted anything !!! I was done - tried them again, lady was cordial and vegi lomein was really good and she accommodated my specific request . Last time, I called in my vegi lomein, spoke with the lady- called back to change order to large and spoke to the young guy. After speaking with him I canceled whole order and guy hung up on me - got home and old man called and asked when was I coming to pick up order. Explained to him that I cancelled order after speaking with other guy. He proceeds to argue with me and tells me I can’t order from there anymore and hangs up on me for $8. fine with me !!! Service is AWFUL !!!!!!!
Very negative customer service. Rude at times. The food wasn’t that great. I will most likely not return. If the service could get a 0 rating it would have been appropriate. That gentleman should seek an accountability Coach. He justifies his behaviors instead of acknowledging them.

The food is great. Anytime I had any issues, they corrected my order. My only gripe is the price difference between paying cash and paying card. It's really ridiculous because I order over $55 worth of food every time just to be told that if I'm paying card, the price increases almost by $20, and that's crazy.
