We love this places but it’s hard to enjoy your delicious ice cream with the hard horrible noise that the chairs produce.
That is not gelato. It is just ice cream. Medium quality. Gelati means ice cream from Italian - this is was I was told from the staff.

If you love ice cream, stop in. My seven-year-old daughter LOVES ice cream and enjoyed sampling flavors and landing on chocolate chip cookie dough in a waffle cone. (They have sugar, waffle, and cake cones.)
I'm not an ice cream lover (crazy, right?) and found the ice cream average. I originally tasted and ordered the cinnamon oatmeal cookie ice cream, but my sample didn't come with raisins. The scoop came with plenty of raisins. Hating raisins, I threw it away (after paying) and ordered a cup of the chocolate chip cookie dough.

While putting in my order with one of the attendants Elijah, the shift manager rudely interrupted us order and literally tells me to hurry up and pay for the order because it’s tile to close.
There also were other customers in there as well he ran out of the building.
What kind of service and management is this?
Clearly whoever has this dude in a supervisor role has no clue the damage that’s being done to the business internally by this employee.
Find better people to lead!

Gelato Celesti is one of the best ice creams in richmond! Theirs is super creamy but not overly heavy! They have a flavor for everyone! My go to is mint chip! It’s the best mint chip in the area!
