Don't waste your time because C.O. is leaving. He's the only reason I didn't get up and leave. Wishing him the best because this place sucks.

The food wasn't horrible, but it wasn't super great either. The service we had was amazing, he was really patient with us and answered all our questions without seeming annoyed or bothered. Which was good because it could be a little confusing if you've never been there before. The atmosphere was kind of dingy, the floors were sticky, the bathroom was out of toilet paper, one of the stalls didn't lock and the baby changer in the women's bathroom was broken. Bonus though, the men's room had a baby changing station! The food area did appear clean.

This restaurant is probably about to close. Virtually empty on a Friday evening 630-730. The staff appeared to be confused, had to ask several times for a take out box and cup. The lids didn't fit the cups. When questioned the man was very snippy and said they fit... when obviously it did not. The only thing good was the food. Used to be one of my favorite places. Will not go back.

I went here for lunch, and honestly, the lack of customers should have been my first clue. The place feels dated, smells of mold, and has an overall rundown, unprofessional atmosphere. I specifically ordered food without eggs and without pork. The young lady who took my order assured me the spring rolls were full of vegetables—but when I bit into one, it was stuffed with pork.
The staff seemed unfamiliar with the menu and uncertain about how to properly run the restaurant. Between the misleading assurances, poor food quality, and neglected environment, I would not recommend wasting your time here.

Went for my daughters birthday lunch... I've been here before less than a year ago.. and the food was delicious. Liked the concept and the freshness of being able to alter the spice, heat, and vegetables. We all ordered different bowls and it wasn't good. Maybe the staff or cooks were not trained or were new. But the food was not tasty and was almost done with the same flavor and sauce. I will not be going here again. Panda Express was better and half the price
I got there right at 11, the door was locked. When they came unlock it, they literally unlocked it and kept walking. No good morning let me get that for you nothing. My bowl was burnt and was bitter as you got to the bottom. They had a large order of 100 bowls and it was obvious as there was food all over the counter, the floor, not many seasonings or sauces. BC some of my food was raw I didn’t want to sit it in the dirty counter. They kept saying just leave it and we will bring it to you. So I did but I should have went with my gut because the chicken and shrimp were overcooked and the cabbage was charred. It wasn’t good. I paid full price but gave the food back. All the manager said was that next time we will close when we have a big order. I used to love this place. It isn’t the same.

This use to be our favorite place because we love the food! However, the service is lacking now. 1 server/bartender, 1 hostess, 1 cook. No frozen drinks were available, no Yum Yum sauce anymore, tops didn't fit the To Go cups. Place looks like it may be going out of business soon. Atmosphere was BLAH....lacking personable service. Everyone was just doing their job and moving to next customer. BUT aa always....our food waa the bomb!!

Genghis Grill – A Noodle Quest That Nearly Sent Me to the Dark Side 🌶️🔥
At Genghis Grill, you can walk one of two paths: forge your own destiny at the ingredient bar or follow the way of the Chef’s pre-made bowls. Our server—wise in the ways of Mongolian stir-fry—explained the “choose your own” method like a true Jedi Master. Went with the pre-made creation — the Drunken Noodles, I did.
The menu marked it with just one fire symbol, but it could have easily earned three. 🌶️🌶️🌶️ Whether it was the finely diced jalapeños or the sauce itself channeling the fire of Mustafar, every bite brought a steady, lingering burn. For me, it was too spicy—I probably would’ve chosen something else or asked if it could be toned down. Still, the flavor was strong with this one—tender chicken, crisp vegetables, and noodles tossed in a bold, savory-spicy sauce, crowned with sesame seeds and fresh green onions.
Bowls come in small, regular, large, and even “bottomless” for those with the appetite of a hungry Wookiee. My regular size was perfect—enough to satisfy without crossing into the dark side of overindulgence.
Service was lightspeed fast, with our server friendly, attentive, and keeping the mission on course from start to finish.
Verdict: A flavorful adventure for those who walk the path of the spice side. But for me, the heat was too strong—next time, I’ll seek a milder destiny. 🌶️✨

At my wife's suggestion, we stopped for lunch after a business appointment. Before I complained about the sparce crowd and dead atmosphere, I have to remember that it was the middle of the day on a Tuesday.
The food was a pleasant surprise. I wasn't sure what to expect. My wife was a bit put off by the bowl size for her fixings, but after the noodles and other goodies were added, it more than made up for that.
The chicken quesadillas were really tasty but small on the portion size. The bowl I ordered made up for that because I had enough left over to take home for later.
We will try it again.

I like choosing my own ingredients so I can make my meal as healthy or decadent as I wish. I always order the large bowl so I can have leftovers for another day.
I do wish that they still offered spinach.
