We arrived in Richmond pretty late and the restaurant was about to close. We were both famished and excited about trying something new so we ordered quite a lot. Our order was taken accurately and courteously!We were unsure about which sauces to try (there are lots). The worker at the window was so knowledgeable and helpful to us. Thank you for being so patient and kind. We will be back to visit the next time we’re in town!
Chicken strips good just need to be a little bigger,get rid of those crinkle fries and get seasoned fries and the cole slaw is dry..need more side options

A little while ago I ordered a 5-piece tender meal, and what I got wasn't enough to feed a small child. Insane. Probably my last time coming here.

Online and menu pictures are definitely misleading. Looks like a kids happy meal, this is a JOKE!!!! First and Last time I will ever spend my hard earned money at this establishment. If you know like I know STAY AWAY!!!! If there was away to give you NO STARS YOU GOT MY VOTE!!!!

Excellent Chicken Sandwich. The fries are iffy, one time crisp and the next time, not so much. Definitely better than Chic Fil A and any chicken sandwich other fast foods sell. It can sometimes take a while to get the order.

WAAAY TOO EXPENSIVE for the amount of food you receive. The tenders are very small and they are cheap with the fries. The container of cole slaw was ridiculously small. I expected more for the amount I paid. I gave it two stars because the service was pretty good. Friendly staff and I like their ice! 10lb bag for $1.99 and it’s the good ice (for all of my ice eaters). I literally will only go back for bags of ice. I spent $26 and change on two meals and a bag of ice. My 14 y.o. son was still hungry after he ate his “5 tenders and DOUBLE fries”. A platter I paid to feed a growing young man was small enough for a 6 y.o! —-the pic is my food and it looks like more than it was).

2 stars is generous. Wish the service was as rushed as the food tasted. I was the only person in line. One person to take order and payment. That individual then yells to another that an order needs to be filled. While waiting, the order taker walks right past the food and prep area to a corner to scroll on her phone and dilly-dally around. 4-5 minutes later, someone comes appears behind the counter to take bland, room temperature food from under "heat" lamps (I guess) and put in a Styrofoam clam tray. They weren't stingey with the Ketchup packets that were mostly stuck together by the contents of one that apparently burst at some point, so I suppose that's a positive they have that going for them.

Over $14 dollars for mediocre chicken tenders and a few fries. I was the only car in the drive thru and no one was inside, but still waited 10 mins to receive my order. Fast food?

Delicious!!!! The tenders were extremely tender and the breading was cooked to a nice golden brown. They have three sauces, ranch which tastes like the old school Hidden Valley Ranch that your mother would have to make from scratch. They also have a buffalo sauce but I didn't try that. Then they have a Bird Sauce that was delightful. Can describe it but try it. Four tenders, crinkle fries, and coleslaw for around $10.00. Can't go wrong.
It's like homemade Canes. Prices change DRAMATICALLY online so I wouldn’t recommend ordering thru an app.
