Never had a bad experience since I been coming in this place . I experience the worst customer service ever the lady didn't close my food up just through it the bag. The gravy on the mashed potatoes was watery. Customer service is important without that you can't have a successful business.

The inside was old and outdated. I went there expecting to get the same kind of chicken that i remembered from when I was a kid. The chicken was cold and dry. It came with rolls, but I was not expecting them to give me the 4 rolls that was left in a King's Hawaiian package. They just threw the bag in with the chicken! They could have at least taken it out of the bag and acted like it was their dinner rolls. Presentation it everything! I would not recommend going here.

I went there back in December, and i have to say this place is (NOT) an original golden skillet the Original big skillet chicken sandwich, IS NOT A CHICKEN PATTY ! If you're looking for an authentic golden skillet, this place is not it.
This place stole from me. I placed an order not only did they mess up the order, they also left items out. When I called back and I live 30mins away, Man, let me tell you the manager is some type of gang member for real. The stuff this guy was saying scared me, I said forget going back to fix the order. When I say "ghetto" , I mean it! Sorry guys please pass on by this location ?.
