I started going there as a VCU student and never outgrew it. Tasty, inexpensive, large servings, open late. When I'm in the neighborhood, I'll stop there every time for a BBQ chicken special with fried rice. EVERY TIME. If I'm not hungry, I'll take it home.

I’ve been to Good Taste a few times since I’ve moved here and it’s been great! I usually get the general tso’s chicken and the flavor is on point. They always have my order out in under 10 min, which I really appreciate. It is also rather affordable when compared to the spots around it. Good, reliable spot!

I was near so I thought I grab something simple. Chicken wings fried rice. The chicken was hot however old looking taste old as well. The rice was dry. It was worth a try. I didn’t finish it through

Great place to get food and for reasonable prices for good portions unlike panda express

Instacart gave me what I didn't ordered. I won't never order anything else from them.

They have really good chicken & rice soup I get when I'm sick. Also the house fried rice is really good.

This place has AMAZING food. Probably the best in Lynchburg. But, if I am the ONLY PERSON IN THE RESTAURANT, I should not have to wait 5 minutes before being greeted and taken care of.

This place always hits right, never had a bad experience here, and they hook it up.
Not sure why these other reviews are being whiny beanie weenies, cause this place is chill and tasty

Another classic Chinese takeout near the VCU campus. I got a combination General Tso Chicken and friend dumplings. For these smaller Chinese takeouts, the combination orders ~$10 are usually the main order if you want a filling food for a dinner or lunch.

As someone biased to mediocre Chinese takeout, this does hit the spot without being too expensive and supporting a family-owned business.

I have order from here a couple of time and by far this was the worst order I have ever seen and tasted.....Spoiled Ribs....Mushy Pork Fried Rice ....and the Fried Chicken you couldn't even chew it...It was sooooo hard..and overally Cooked....
I did send the message before and I will say it here again....
If you guys do not want to work here anymore....or dont have enough fresh food to cook on a daily basis for you custumers...Why not just close the store for a while and reflect on the kind of services and food you guys are providing lately.....I use to order from here before but I WILL NEVER AGAIN BOTHER TO EAT FROM HERE.....

I recently visited this restaurant for the first time with my daughter & sons. When I went to leave a review today I noticed they only had 2.8 stars which is surprising because everything we experienced was five stars, the food, the atmosphere and the service and the prices. We will definitely visit again. Top flight 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wings were disgusting and crab rangoons looked frozen. Do not eat here, complete waste of 20 dollars

I'm not sure what the bad reviews are about. I've gotten the lunch specials here many times and it has always been great! For $8.25 it is fantastic food! The food has always been freshly made and they are super friendly! If you are in the area it is a great place to grab lunch!
