Had the veggie dumplings and they were a bit overdone. Guessing it's cooked then heated up to serve when ordered. Fast service and helpful that there's a kiosk for self service. Soy sauce is also self self at the counter. Large seating area but seems no staff to ensure it stays clean.

Their food menu is very small, but the pork dumplings and sauce are pretty tasty. Fried rice is good too. They have extensive menu for drinks, bubble or bobba tea kinda drink, not my thing but I guess many people like them.
Located right by VCU. There are tables but it seems most people just take out.

Was very surprised with this location. Tried my first bubble tea and will have more for sure. Skip the chain restaurants and try more local locations like this.

Ordered 2 boba drinks. Completely disgusting with old boba. Hard as a rock. Asked to have it re-made after 1 sip of each drink. We were told "no" and the associate left and walked away from the register.
We threw it away and left.

Definitely not what I expected when they advertised Ramen. I know. I know. The name of the place is Got Dumplings not Got Ramen. But McDonald’s isn’t named McFries. I’m just saying. It’s great to be good at one thing but it’s even better to excel equally on others. The cold egg for the ramen was terrifically over cooked and freezing cold as it sank to the bottom of the bowl drowning in its own sorrow.
.
Their focus is on dumplings and tea, but even that falls short compared to other places nearby. It’s nothing to write home about, that’s for sure.
.
And don’t get me started on the wastefulness—they serve everything in plastic containers, whether you’re dining in or taking out. It’s like they’re on a mission to disrespect the Earth. We had items that didn’t even need their own plastic containers.
.
Oh, and be prepared to pay about 35% more here than at most dumpling and ramen spots downtown. The service? Average at best, and somehow rushed even when the place was practically empty.
.
Honestly, the only reason I’m giving them 3 stars is for the cleanliness and their overpriced dumplings.
.
Hard pass on this one.

They had Thai iced tea, Vietnamese coffee, and kimchi on the menu but I’m assuming the kimchi is the identifying item and won’t judge the dumplings from a Chinese perspective because otherwise I’d say that they were seasoned oddly and decry the dipping sauce as not vinegar. ?. I was still surprised that the dumplings were deep fried rather than pan fried but it was all still tasty even tho a bowl of plain rice was a jaw dropping $4.
Order and pay at a self serve touchscreen terminal, you are called when your items are ready.

It was really slow. I had to wait for half an hour for a noodle soup and a fried chicken.

Ridiculously overpriced. $8 for a boba tea is insane considering it costs a $1 on the streets of Taiwan. Their food is mid at best and the owners don’t allow people to hang flyers in their window. Don’t understand why, but it would honestly help your community and the students who so naively buy from your business.
