I've given this place 3 tries and I still come out disappointed. The drinks I've tried either have way too flavor to the point it taste like perfume or too little flavor. The food is okay, nothing crazy. Would recommended the pork dumplings. Workers are nice but service is slow.

The food is terrific. The best boba and the best dumplings I've ever had.
The service was impeccable. Not only is everyone working staff friendly, but they even straighten chairs and wipe down tables between costumers/ when business is slow.
It's a cozy hole in the wall with air conditioning, large windows, and Boba out of this world.

Asked to exchange the drink as it tasted awful, was stated they would not exchange it because it was not made incorrectly. Take your money elsewhere.

The pork dumplings were pretty good. My issue was with the boba. I asked for no cheese foam and was given cheese foam and later on while drinking it I found small pieces of what I believe was glass? It wasn’t salt or sugar because it had no flavor and I couldn’t bite thru it. Regardless, it was concerning :/

The food was awesome! We got our food delivered, so I can’t say anything about the service or atmosphere. We got dumpling soup, takoyaki (first time for me), wings and some milky drinks.

Had the veggie dumplings and they were a bit overdone. Guessing it's cooked then heated up to serve when ordered. Fast service and helpful that there's a kiosk for self service. Soy sauce is also self self at the counter. Large seating area but seems no staff to ensure it stays clean.

Their food menu is very small, but the pork dumplings and sauce are pretty tasty. Fried rice is good too. They have extensive menu for drinks, bubble or bobba tea kinda drink, not my thing but I guess many people like them.
Located right by VCU. There are tables but it seems most people just take out.

Was very surprised with this location. Tried my first bubble tea and will have more for sure. Skip the chain restaurants and try more local locations like this.

Ordered 2 boba drinks. Completely disgusting with old boba. Hard as a rock. Asked to have it re-made after 1 sip of each drink. We were told "no" and the associate left and walked away from the register.
We threw it away and left.
