My husband and I moved here from out of state and were looking for options with low or no animal fat because I suffer from gallstones. I also want to preface this by saying I've never been a huge ramen fan. I've always liked it but never enthusiastically.
Every single time we've come here, which is usually multiple times a week now, the owners who run the business make every accommodation/modification that I request very graciously. I would honestly come here every day if I could afford to. They have so many delicious broths and toppings. You can tell the noodles are made from scratch because they have that bouncy texture. The portion size is huge. They are very generous with toppings. All of the ingredients are super fresh and cooked perfectly.
Their soup dumplings are also so tender, juicy, and flavorful.
We genuinely have never had a bad thing on the menu, and we've tried all of it.
The service is also top tier. She remembers what we like and don't like and will do special things in advance for us, like having things ready to go that she knows we will order.
I just can't express how underrated this place really is. I love it so much!

I try the Tonkotsu Ramen, it was very good, the only thing is it will be good if they add one or two more portions of meat, because it only has one. But the flavor is very good, and the noodles are soft. I think it has a good price.

Got the Tonkotsu Ramen...it had very little meat in it. Maybe a few small pieces. Broth was good. Not a lot of noodles though and the veg was pretty wimpy. The bamboo shoots were just shriveled limp pieces from a can. The egg was cold in the center.

Ordered the kimchi veggie fried rice. Rice was dry and can tell was very old. I was 1130am and I expected fresh food. The egg was old, no veggies and the cashier seemed as if I was bothering her when asking questions about menu items. Nice location and atmosphere, it so great service or quality ingredients.
We were traveling through Richmond and happened upon this fantastic restaurant. My two teens, husband, and I all greatly enjoyed our meals. The service was outstanding, and the food was delicious and expertly prepared.

this is my one of my favorite places to eat in richmond. i believe they have THE BEST soup dumplings in the whole city and they are also very reasonably priced. i order dumplings to go from them every other week and any time i eat in the service is insanely fast. the host is the sweetest ever and i could not recommend a better place for any kind of noodle!

Cute little place downtown however, we came in at 8 pm on a Monday night and I get it, the server was ready to go but at least treat us with some decent service. Didn’t seat us told us sit wherever. Grabbed our own menus. Came over and said you ready. We ordered our food she never asked if we wanted drinks. Brought the food out and everything and I had to ask for water. Almost done eating and she finally brings it out. Will not be coming back.
