The staff is so friendly and informative to their new seasonal and special drinks. It’s a great walkable location and their coffee is good!!! Usually their baked goods are sold out but it’s probably because they’re so popular:)

My wife had a matcha lemonade and was really good.
Service is friendly and efficient
We sat outdoors but indoors is very nice too, good music.

Chill spot to grab good coffee. Good staff, simple. Great for working from a laptop. If they could add tea and some hot food, potential be the next Sugar and Twine.

Other than Ironclad, Grit coffee is my go-to grab an Iced Latte with Oatmilk when in Richmond! Must try.

Really good latte. Lovely atmosphere. Small shop but nice outdoor seating. Would definitely recommend this place!

Wife and I come here fairly often for lattes or expresso, we thoroughly enjoy our visits. Do wish they had heavy cream, and parking can be difficult. The high five is the best thing since slice bread for my wife. We come down from innsbrook and relax, walk around afterwards. Love having actual dishes to partake in our treat.

Sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich was Bussin. Mocha with oat milk was delish.

Cute coffee shop with indoor and outdoor seating. I ordered an espresso shot and a regular drip to go. The coffee was good, but I didn’t really dig prepping it myself at the station in the corner. But overall, the service was fast and I’d go back to try some of their seasonal options.

Batista was incredibly rude over a misunderstanding that was HER fault because she put the wrong ticket under my drink. Also told me that she doesn't make the sandwiches because she's too busy, but then spends most of the time sitting on her phone. Yikes.
