The food has been good so far. The fried chicke is one of the best. Very unique flavors and different than other local and big chain places. Super cripsy and fresh. Its made to order. The setting isnt that great very bare. The chicken are the platters are the real stars.

Great food, absolutely love the combo bowl and fries. Haven't tried the fried chicken.

I walked in and there was obviously construction going on, I thought the open sign was a mistake. The one worker continously coughed, and there was no guest bathroom visible to wash my hands. The one person working did his best to provide service, and asked at the end how my food. My fries were served on a plastic top, I was provided 2 packets of ketchup, I tried to modify my steak and cheese sub there was a language barrier, the bread was good the amount of meat didn't cover the inside of the sandwich. $12 for the meal, came with a soda can.Parking: Free parking and not busy

Ordered 5 pieces fried chicken for to-go and got 5 pc half cut chicken wings. And they charged me for 7 pieces fried chicken. CLAP FOR YOUR SCAM BUSINESS.

The service was great. However, I bought a 15 piece of chicken and was not properly cooked about 12 of them had blood.

It was god awful, very bland and boring. They don't have the good white sauce, green sauce or red hot sauce. The hot sauce they gave me was Texas Pete! What a disgrace!!! I wish I could get a refund

Falafel bowl was plain. Not enough white sauce, no spice. Falafel was well cooked, but tasteless. There was a bit of aluminum foil in my falafel. The tomatoes were the only bit of taste this dish had.

I visited Halal Fried Chicken and Gyro based on the 5 star reviews on UberEats. I had such high hopes that I'd find a Halal chicken and rice with the garlicky white sauce like the food stalls all over New York. It didn't take long for that high hope to be deflated. I ordered the 5 piece fried chicken only box, 2 samosas and the Chicken Tikka and rice bowl. Upon opening the fried chicken box there were 2 thighs, 1/2 (or less) fried breast and 1/2 fried chicken wing flat. This equates to 3 pieces. Not only was I shorted 2 pieces of chicken but it was extremely salty and tasted like old cooking grease. The samosas were just meh. The filling was thick like mashed potatoes and the crust wasn't tender. The chicken tikka rice bowl was the biggest let down. None of the components had flavor. The chicken has a red exterior that mimicks chicken tikka but it has no indian spice flavor (I suspect the chicken exterior is red food coloring). The rice is dry and flavorless and I had to add my homemade white garlic sauce, salt, pepper and garlic powder just to make it edible. Needless to say this was my first and my last experience with this establishment. 5 stars? Not.

Food portions are awful and the service is horrendous. Ordered my food online and didn’t even have it confirmed until 15 min later when I got there.

We've been here a few times. Fried chicken is always good. Our favorites are the mixed gyro platters, it give's excellent halal cart vibes. Our son loves the double cheeseburger. Food is always ready in a timely manner. We've done take out and dine in. We've purposely ordered leftovers. It's close to a few different south Asian grocery stores, making it convenient for a quick stop.

I tried this place for the first time just on a whim because I wanted fried chicken but options near me are limited aside from KFC or Popeyes, so I found them through a Google search. It's some of the best fried chicken in town, and I love the way they make their gyros -- they're a bit different, but in a good way. The gyros remind me of what I've had from food trucks in NYC. My typical order is a beef gyro and three pieces of fried chicken. And the prices are unbeatable. With tax and tip my order is less than $17, and I usually have something leftover for a late night snack.
