I came in to get me a big bag, it was 1 employee sitting in the lobby chatting on the phone , 1 in the front struggling and needing help and the one in the front had to ask the lady sitting in the lobby on her phone to get off the phone and help . Yall need to do better

This is the worst Hardee's I have ever been to, and I will never return to this location. The young lady who took my order, wearing a bonnet, was very rude and unprofessional. She went outside to take a phone call and smoke a cigarette, then came back without washing her hands before returning to work. Her attitude and lack of basic hygiene were unacceptable. I would definitely not recommend this location. Worst experience ever.

So today when I was at the drive thru , there was this young Mexican girl being VERY rude and disrespectful VERY VERY unprofessional, I didn’t even want my food no more cuz her attitude scared me I’m thinking she gonna do something to my food

This has to be the worst Hardee's I have ever been to. My husband and I went in and waited while the staff walked around behind the counter, laughing, talking, and ignoring us. The saw us standing there, never acknowledged us. Finally, one mumbles what we was our order, but turns and walks off. Apparently the computer/ register wasn't on. So she just stood there looking at us. I asked, “ are you open”? To which who I assuming was the shift leader said, “Obviously “ it was anything but. I asked, if there was a problem. They just looked at us. My husband said” lets go” we walked out to their laughter.
NEVER WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE Unless they had some staff, who actually want to be there to serve custom

Every table in the place was dirty. Believe me, I looked to try and find a clean one. I was dining in. The men's room was not very clean either. I'm not sure if I will use this location in the future. I was in the store at 1330.
Johnathan and Jasmine..the staff has been more than gracious. Not just making you feel like a guest instead of a customer. Johnathan has a ❤️ heart twords people and understanding that they're a bit more than just an order number. He is taking time to listen to me when I have has extenuating circumstances I've been around this area for almost a year now and there has been times where I have needed a place to go to gather my thoughts and be away from drama or inclement weather and I've always been welcome no matter how monetarily blessed I am.

Hull St Hardee's the food definitely sat in warmer for a good while. The food wasn't fresh and was disappointed. The Hardee's on Midlothian a few weeks prior was a 5/5 and food was very fresh and good.

Just came from the bad Hardee's down the street. This location is much better, cleaner, well lit, and the customer service is fast and phenomenal! Great Job! Seriously.... I was about to give up on Hardee's after the terrible experience down the street.
