It is safe to say that this is by far the worst location that I have ever been to, it can all be summed up in one word, Lazy. Unfortunately, it is the closest location to my home, but I will never go back to this location. I have a found a better location in Ashland and will drive to that location to get Hardee’s fix. These chains really need to follow Chic-Fil-A’s example when it comes to employees, otherwise I don’t see this chain surviving much longer.

couldin get order right Order gallon of tea and sausage, gee and cheese burrito. Got 1/2 gallon. when I said I ordered gallon, it was then that I was told that they only 1/2 gallon. (should hah been told that when I prdered) i responded that in that case I would need 2. I didnt understand what was going on and the conversation behind the glass window, but I was being refunded for the tea. when I was handed the money, I asked what it was for and was told it was refund for the tea.So,anyway, I had to wait for them charge me again for the 1st half gallon and then pay for the 2nd half gallon. Then, when I pulled out my burrito, iwas the loaded one I

They are never open at 5a.m. like their website and signs claim. There are employess inside messing around but u can not get in or place ur order at the drive thru. And they are rude most of the time and will not acknowledge u standing there. The people are the biggest problem.

Drive thru - Ordered 2 unsweetened teas and 1 sweet. All 3 were sweet. Ordered double bacon with no cheese got a single bacon with cheese. Talked to manager and she was rude and didn't take time to listen. Won't go back

I wanted to write this review cus I read a bunch of low ratings, I got the bacon egg and cheese biscuit and the pork W/ gravy biscuit sandwich. Service was fast got my food quick like under 40 seconds quick, 1 problem I had was almost all the tables were dirty and not wiped down I saw a few cups left behind on them keep in mind its 10:30am so I think thats lazy. Food was amazing 10/10 for Bacon egg and cheese, 6/10 for the pork and gravy the pork was just way to dry so I ended up eating a biscuit with gravy which was fire I guess the pork loin was left out to long, the bathrooms were big and well kept along with real soap and staff was friendly.
