I ordered in drive thru. I ordered 10 chicken tenders and a small French fries. I asked for hot fries. I get my order, pulled out the drive way reached in the bag, I felt a small amount of fries. I turned around and took it back. I asked the lady that came to the window, I think was the Manger is this all the fries I get for $2.39 sent. She replied you asked for a regular order of fries. I did ask for a regular order and not the extra small fries that comes in a happy meal from Mcdonalds. I will not go back there again. Oh I forgot to mention she put her in the bag and touched the fries and hand the bag back to me. I dumped them out in the parking lot and pulled off. Done with that location!!
Used the drive-through windows. Good, fast service. We appreciate the cheerful person working the windows. My wife enjoyed the breakfast biscuit.

Worst service ever. Put my order in at drive thru. Literally set there for 8 minutes before young lady asked me to move my vehicle up and wait for the meat to cook. Set there for another 10 minutes. I then went inside to get a refund. Found out they had never even cooked the food or got the order back to the cook. Cook came up front stating he did not get it.Now you would think at a minimum the manager would offer coupon, a free sandwhich or a simple sincere apology. Nothing. Iam sure this type of service would not have happened on the other side of town. Certain neighborhoods just cant get a break even from their on culture. Just bad customer from every aspect of my interaction even from manager.

Since child in luv with hardees when only was making hot dogs and toppings in Va as a kid every summer and it's been my 1st stop every year 3x year visit family hardees even if not hungry hotdogs and chilli is a must ! For me

Worst Hardee’s in town to go to. I work near this location and once in a while I try to give this location a second chance hoping my other experiences with them for the last 5 months has gotten better. Every time I have ordered something from this location I NEVER get all of what I ordered they’re always out of something. The staff at this location at least the ones in the front need to be fired for how there customer service is. Also if you try and get in touch with customer service to make a report you have to go online and you never get a response. Ive reported this location several times with no response. The only reason I even attempt to get food from here is because it’s convenient. Get tired of eating chicken and pizza. They really need to close this restaurant down and get it detailed clean and get staff in there that’s going to do their jobs correctly. Don’t order fries because they either cold or still halfway frozen. You would figure with all the bad reviews something would be done about this location.
Absolutely horrible… Always have to wait in the drive thru for your food, very unorganized, soda machine was filthy, napkin and straw area trashed, floor behind the counter was trashed and disgusting…. Just ridiculous. I walked in today and it was like I wasn’t even there. They were grouped in the back having some sort of meeting and I heard some lady(possibly manager) cursing at the employees. Please, find another Hardee’s to get your food from. This place is sad.

I'm so happy this place has breakfast til noon! Their bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit was delicious! That with a small fry and large tea was over $10! Crazy!

Went here because of the original chicken sandwich ( which is no more) and because I thought they still made the western bacon burger but did not see it on the menu. I had to repeat my order multiple times until it was right which was red flag #1. The tea taste like water, the bun on my burger was so hard I was able to tap my fingers on it like I was beating a drum, the burger and chicken sandwiches were made sloppy, and had a bad taste to them. I wasted almost $25 and will not do it again.

Placed a mobile order on the app ... sat in drive thru for about 45 minutes only to get to the speaker and be told the system is down and they can't take any orders I say but I placed a online order which I already paid for.. I drive to the window and im handed a door dash order which isn't mine they show me a name which is similar to mine but not spelled the same I pulled up the app and show them my order with my correct name and sit and wait about another 5 minutes while everyone who waited behind me in the line had to drive away because the system was down... I was finally given my order without any extra compensation as far as a drink etc would have been nice sitting waiting for almost an hour for food that was already paid for and the inside dining room wasn't any better... I try to avoid this location at all cost and will do so from now on unless you go EXACTLY when they open you might be lucky to receive your food in less than 45 minutes
