Hardee's used to be on my top 3 for drive thru mornings but they have fallen off...the last few times I've stopped for a simple egg and cheese biscuit, it's been a hard biscuit, thick cold piece of cheese and dry folded egg...not really impressed especially for $4.06

I order my food they were friendly. I ordered the cherry lemonade and found out at the window no cherry lemonade and the cup that it comes in wasn't available. So I got the lemonade plain. Was disappointed about the cup didnt found out til I got to the window. The chicken sandwiches I ordered was old the Nashville hot and hand breaded chicken sandwich and turn back around and I for fresh chicken and it wasn't dress with the lettuce and tomato on it. Waited again got them hot but got home taste like they were fried in fish grease. At this point I didn't want to go back for the third time but don't see the owner number and didn't want to call the store but I feel I should get some gift cards for b the at least $20. I don't mind paying the price for the food but don't just give me anything and lie to make it like you was dropping fresh chicken down like a batch. I rather eat at Hardees than another restaurant was very disappointed. I ordered from another Hardees 1 to 2 weeks before and the sandwiches was hot and dressed well. Tasted delicious that I wanted to ordered more. Thought these would be the same.

Did not put pickles or lettuce on my wraps just mayo and cheese and I didn't notice until I got home
I am currently at Hardee's on Laburnum and I was told to go through drive through and I would expect I don't have a vehicle to do so. They apparently are short staffed and I get that but to tell someone who walking to go through drive thru is the dumbest thing ever. Then I asked for a napkin and the guy said he couldn't the door for that either. If these fast food places would pay people there may not be a problem. Wanna pay 14 dollars and you work like Ceicly from the Color Purple. Make all this make sense. Lastly if it's customer service oriented, please find some people with those skills.

It has been a while since I last visited Hardee's, and I understand that this location typically takes time to prepare orders. However, during my recent drive-through visit, the friendly employee at the window had our order ready promptly.

Get this guy out if the drive through. Every sentence "what's that?" I couldn't get him to tell me what the specials where because I was sick of hearing him pretend he couldn't hear me like he did the person infront of me. I know he thinks if he annoys you too much you will just order anything and go but I guarantee that's why the line wrapped around the building because it wasn't the food because it was terrible
