It has been a while since I last visited Hardee's, and I understand that this location typically takes time to prepare orders. However, during my recent drive-through visit, the friendly employee at the window had our order ready promptly.

Get this guy out if the drive through. Every sentence "what's that?" I couldn't get him to tell me what the specials where because I was sick of hearing him pretend he couldn't hear me like he did the person infront of me. I know he thinks if he annoys you too much you will just order anything and go but I guarantee that's why the line wrapped around the building because it wasn't the food because it was terrible

Waited in the long drive through, only to be told once you get to the speaker that it's cash only, but you can come in to use the card. At this point you can't get out of the line because your enclosed. Waited another 15 minutes to get out of the line.
How difficult would it have been to place a sign at the drive thru entrance that you can't accept cards?

Tuesday morning 2/11/2025 weather calling for snow. So, I left home to pickup breakfast biscuits. Arrived @ Hardee's (not my usual) but 2 for $5 seemed affordable. Biscuits cut into Valentine shape. One biscuit was just not edible, too hard. The other biscuit is better but not perfect..Still satisfying due to $. The service window lady was very friendly.

Restrooms are not the cleanest ones. Paper dispensers fall apart, and it doesn't look clean at all. Need to improve because it affects the atmosphere.

All of the employees are great. I go there all the time. They usually know what I am going to order. This place has really improved
They are always understaffed I waited 20 minutes for my food and when I asked for my money back the manager came out and was very rude. His name was Evan and to be a store manager he needs a whole lot of training on customer service. I come to this location all the time because it is close to my job and I eat lunch there 3 times out of the week but from this experience I had with a manager I will not be coming back.

Love Hardee’s but this location terrible, it’s unfortunate because the front end is nice but the wait time is horrendous. We had six meals for our family and ended up waiting over a half hour. New management or training is needed desperately in this location.

Decent location with a nice parking lot that allows access to the Wi-Fi client. I was happy with the food I received and the time frame that it took I would definitely visit this location in the future if I needed food for any of my open doors.
