I ordered 2 orders of sausage gravy bisquits. No one in the place. One employee on the phone sitting down in a booth. Got order but checked before exiting. Had half of plastic container with gravy on both orders. I complained and was told by 3 different employees that that was the way they were told to fill them. I got robbed that day. I called Hardies and they said they would call back and send coupons. Been 2-3 years and no call back. Have not been to Hardies since and do not recommend them to anyone.

Customer Service awful 530pm Returned food and drink Didn't honor my coupon at first 2 chili Dogs 2 49 ea. Only one for 249 but did get my refund, but really challenged me about it. I will never go here after 1 pm. Usually mornings is fair service Hot Dog were old looking . Unfriendly and not the usual friendly staff most mornings. I went thru Drive Thru today. We eat inside most of the time. Anyway I will say most times it is clean inside. Parham Hardee's always nasty, dirty floors unfriendly went there same Service like at Lakeside. I took the hotdogs home. Husband ate his I threw mine in trash. Extremly Disappointed Been a customer for 20 years about 4 times amonth. We won't be back anytime soon. Ashland Hardee's if going that way for now. Always friendly and food consistency always good. Usually go there when going to Colonial Beach

This was the worst Hardee's burger I've ever had. No tomatoes and the whole burger was flat as a pancake. Meat was dry and burned. Fries were lukewarm amd stale

Been stopping here every morning due to job site. Pretty sure I've seen cleaner porta potties lol this place is gross. It looks like the bathroom hasn't been cleaned in days.. I know because I seen the same bathroom with poop all over the toilet 2 days in a row. Also the sausage patties/burgers tastes like they were cooked on a griddle cleaned with a dirty rag

This was my first visit to this location and wasn't impressed. For starters, the cashier wasn't friendly or even greeted me. Secondly, she didn't know the menu because I ordered a monster burger and she had to look at the number and ordered a double mushroom burger and they brought me a single mushroom burger. The cashier was clueless and won't return to this location. Hardee's quality has gone downhill and noticed they recently closed a location in Delaware. Oh my!
Asked for fresh fries and got some old greasy ones. Tenders were hot but tasted like they got redipped in the grease. Hardee’s used to have some of the best tenders but not anymore. Never again. You would think since it’s midday it wouldn’t be hard to get good food but I guess I was wrong.

Dirtiest restaurant in central va. Trash all over the lot never gets cleaned up. I live on Lakeside and they NEVER clean. Wash your tires after driving thru food waste at the drive thru.. Went inside to see and the bathrooms are gross. Staff doesn't care and have bad attitudes. No health safety care, gloves or attention to the inside. Same dirty hands into the ice machine, fryer and cash register. Kitchen smells bad. Rotten burnt grease and cigarette smell. This Boddie Noell restaurants is GROSS.
