Asked for fresh fries and got some old greasy ones. Tenders were hot but tasted like they got redipped in the grease. Hardee’s used to have some of the best tenders but not anymore. Never again. You would think since it’s midday it wouldn’t be hard to get good food but I guess I was wrong.

Dirtiest restaurant in central va. Trash all over the lot never gets cleaned up. I live on Lakeside and they NEVER clean. Wash your tires after driving thru food waste at the drive thru.. Went inside to see and the bathrooms are gross. Staff doesn't care and have bad attitudes. No health safety care, gloves or attention to the inside. Same dirty hands into the ice machine, fryer and cash register. Kitchen smells bad. Rotten burnt grease and cigarette smell. This Boddie Noell restaurants is GROSS.

My score is being generous. Nothing but attitude from the cashier from the beginning to the end. There was no greeting or ending. She just glared at me the whole time. It was a bother for me to have her do her job

If she worked at Chick-fil-A for one day, her attitude would bankrupt that company. Yes, everyone has a bad day, but it shouldn't show on your face when you are in customer service. I guess "a dull knife is better than a sharp knife you can't find!"

The place is okay for a quick chow and bathroom stop if you are traveling. The food is good and fair price. The place is okay clean, the restroom is not so clean, staff are chill to the point they can't check nor refill whatever supplies ran out such as coffee, creamer, etc.

DIRTY! Trash all over outside and it's dirty inside too. Food waste drips of the building & builds up for days out side the window from drive thru spills. Just retired and started going there. After a week and a half I will never go there again. I have never left a review but this place was so unhealthy. A wawa coffee cup sat in the first drive thru window for 11 days plus. The fryer is so greasy it looks wet. Boddie Noell has no concern either. Manager has no care and the place remains unkept. No change. ALWAYS slow and poor service with incorrect orders nearly every time. Expect to wait out front for your order. I got white toast one time as they ran out of hamburger buns. Really? As a new retiree and longtime lakeside resident I will NEVER go there again. Unless I can hang with the three employees smoking outside in the dirty parking lot.

I came in as just a stop by so I could use the bathroom because I deliver for Amazon, the bathroom was absolutely nasty lights blown out and dark trash everywhere toilet covered in mess was totally disgusting
