The young man Noah who was working tonight works so hard each time we go there. My family absolutely adores him. He works so hard, he’s so polite and he always shares a smile. Noah deserves a pay increase.

I am giving this place a 1 star not because the food is always bad, but because it's inconsistent.
Some days, the food is great, and all of my order is in there. Some days, the foodis the worst, and stuff is missing from my order. It's literally about 50/50.
Which sucks too, I hate that its 50/50, if it were always bad, I wouldn't give this hardees the time of day. But sincesome days its great, i keep going back and basically taking a gamble in hopes that today would be good.
I'd rather it be consistently average than really good some days and terrible others.
Today, the order was wrong, missing a part of the order, and the food we got today was awful.

Got are food got home and realized dude at the window wanted to make jokes not pay attention to what we paid for so was told we have to spend more money to drive back up there to fix there mistakes so I not only didn’t get what I paid for I need to spend more money to get what I paid for and there is nothing else I can do. well one thing I can do is lived in this area and will not go back and let everyone in the area know this is how you are treated when you spend money at this Hardee’s on lakeside Ave.

Grab a mop, a rag, toilet bowl cleaner....the place reeks of sewage or excessive bleach. Someone stay near the counter to greet or acknowledge people.

Great food Great service. The going man working today, 11/2/2025, on the register is outstanding! He was kind and courteous to everyone waiting, ordering and whom he was serving! He deserves a raise for his professionalism, if he is not in management he should be! @Hardee's you don't want to lose someone like him.

The mens room was absolutely disgusting ! There was used toilet paper all over the floor and in the sink!! I kid You not... In the sink? Needless to say I didn't buy food from Hardee's , I had to leave!

May be due to shortage of personnel, the ladies room needed cleaning. Other trash needed attention too. Took along time to get order. Tenders ocercooked.
Went around 9am today (Sunday) . 3 people's inside in line and 8 to 10 cars in drive thru lane .Waited 5mins and lady working drive thru said it was drive thru only. She was unable to work the front and drive thru. Sad to say this was one of my fav breakfast place but no more.

Came in around 1630. A couple customer in the restaurant. Went to wash hands before eating. When I came out there was one lady ordering. After she finished the cashier took my order, with a smile. Wasn't long after placing my order it came out. Sandwich was hot, fries were hot. Have to say I had a good experience.

I was so disappointed about the false advertisement. You all have that you that you have the smoke sausage biscuit. This is my third time coming to this location and no smoked sausages. Take the sign out the window because it is false advertisement.
