Slowest drive thru ever. Spent almost a half hour waiting to place a order. Cars behind me drove off as well as cars in front of us.
We just sat in line for almost 30 minutes for a simple order. Unbelievable I used to be a manager at an Arby's this is sad.
Watched multiple workers stand around in the lobby acting like they weren't on the clock. It's clearly dinner service get it together people

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Waited for food in drive thru and had to end up going in to get food. When I got home the food was cold and nasty! They definitely lost a customer today.

This has to be one of the most inefficient fast food restaurants I’ve ever been to. I’ve waited 45 minutes before. They will forget to bring you the food to your car after they park you. They will forget items you ordered. I am pretty sure this is a management issue. There seems to constantly be a lack of communication or miscommunication. You’ll hear them yell to the kitchen for a sandwich that had been made 10 minutes ago and given to the wrong person. During the lunch rush they will send employees from their already understaffed restaurant on break. I really like Hardee’s but have started to avoid going to this specific location because of their inefficiency. I think the management wants to do a good job, but definitely needs some coaching. The staff is friendly, but the restaurant is disorganized and chaotic.
