This has to be one of the most inefficient fast food restaurants I’ve ever been to. I’ve waited 45 minutes before. They will forget to bring you the food to your car after they park you. They will forget items you ordered. I am pretty sure this is a management issue. There seems to constantly be a lack of communication or miscommunication. You’ll hear them yell to the kitchen for a sandwich that had been made 10 minutes ago and given to the wrong person. During the lunch rush they will send employees from their already understaffed restaurant on break. I really like Hardee’s but have started to avoid going to this specific location because of their inefficiency. I think the management wants to do a good job, but definitely needs some coaching. The staff is friendly, but the restaurant is disorganized and chaotic.

Standing in front of the register looking around- This is the the dirtiest restaurant I’ve ever seen. It’s like it never gets cleaned. *EVERYWHERE YOU LOOK IS FILTHY*
If what you see is nasty, I can only imagine the food prep area (that’s out of sight) is worse.
Only clean areas seemed to be the eating area. Would have taken pictures but didn’t stay long enough.

Do yourself a favor, the locals will eat here but if you are traveling through don't bother stopping unless you like to wait 20 minutes ( maybe longer) for your food and like nasty bathrooms

I waited two minutes for someone to come from the back then she had an aditude. I ask from a milk shake she stated we don't have any Ice cream. If you would ice cream go to Baskin Robbins . All I wanted was a milkshake ?

Cashier was asking me my order. In the process of telling her my order she cut me off to ask me if that was it. I politely told her no , and began my second order. She then cut me off again to ask me if that was it. So I didn't get to order exactly what I had wanted due to the rudeness. If she would have been patient the store would have made some good money. I was there to order a lot of food. Why are people so rude. If you don't like your job, then find one that you do like.
Went for breakfast. Got the big meal with ham. Nothing tasted right. I thought it was just me until I came here and read some reviews about chemical taste. That's exactly what it was! The hash rounds, eggs and ham all tasted like plastic or chemicals. The biscuits didn't taste right. I'm not sure this is safe. I was in JAX ,FL the week before and it wasn't like this. So I went out to the Chester location a couple days later and the food was fine there as well. I don't know if this is something they are doing on purpose or if they are not properly rinsing off their equipment after cleaning. I don't think I'll go here again . Fortunately, Chester is closer to home anyway, I just happened to be in RIC area. I don't want to ruin anyone's perspective on Hardee's. It's just this location, something is very wrong.

I mainly went for the boberry biscuits which I see they don't have it listed at the bottom they are the best I got three of them sorry I didn't take a picture of them

Used the drive thru for breakfast for my husband and I. We had to pull around and wait about 10 minutes for our food. There was no one behind us. Half of our food was missing. No hash browns, no condiments, no silverware, napkins, or straws. The diet soda and sweet tea tasted terrible. The staff were so rude that even if I went back inside and asked for our missing food I would have been too nervous to eat it. Staff is unprofessional and unreliable. Please do not eat here.

Very unprofessional, profanity being yelled by employees, employees glued to their phones, sticky filthy floors, dirty tables. If a place is going to be empty it can at least be clean, and very slow service.
