To restate what is already here. The young lady at the counter and sometimes in the drive thru in the am shift has a major attitude problem. She is snippy, grouchy and verbally abusive to the older lady that works there. I regularly visit the location and have seen her in action multiple times being rude to customers and belittling the older lady in front of customers. Management needs to act

Place was dirty and had coffee stains and food scraps on the counter at 7 a.m this morning so that means it wasn't cleaned the night before. The younger lady at the counter has a major attitude problem like she doesn't wanna work at Hardee's well if you dont wanna work there then quit!

The slowest service ever with an empty restaurant. I ordered 8 breakfast biscuits at the drive thru, and after I paid, I was asked to pull forward ro wait for my food. I waited over 10 minutes for 8 biscuits, only to get home and find that all the eggs had meat in them. I didnt order it that way. I proceeded to call several times with no answer. Very annoying 😑 😒 🙄

They never have condiments especially hot sauce. Which is advertised with your burritos. They have not had hot sauce in over 6 months. The location up the street form here has it all the time.

Trash all the way around no customer service here. No one employee knows how to do a refund. I had the district manager here and she left and didn't do my refund forced me to grab something I didn't want

What a mess. Their drive thru signs are almost always missing 1/2 the display, or not changed from breakfast to lunch, etc. The building looks really run down, the workers don't care about anything but a paycheck and you can feel it. The food always takes a long time to find out, but at least they make it correctly.

Just left this location and I asked for some hot hash browns because the first set was Luke warm. The young lady proceeded to drop some more. I was grateful for that extra step but when the hot hash browns came out they were mixed with the hold ones, so I still didn't get what I asked for. I walk out very dissatisfied. I don't usually buy from this location and sad to say I will not return.
