Just left Hardee’s and it was only the cook and the lady working the drive thru and register they both did a great job food was nice and fresh her customer service was great as well and the food did not take long at all to come out definitely will be back when I’m on this side of town

This location used to be amazing when they had a young black female breakfast manager but no longer…. Might as well close the store now that she is gone!!!!! Young girl with red hair at cash register was more worried about playing on her phone and watching TikTok videos we had to point out when things came up totally ridiculous. Two people that were ahead of us didn’t get their orders until after us just ridiculous whoever the general manager or district manager is for this store needs a new job because parties as a whole has been going downhill with bad customer service but this location used to be amazing all it took was removing their breakfast manager and sending her to another location now they might as well close this store for breakfast 30 minutes to get three chicken biscuits ridiculous.

Not very busy. Never really a wait. Food is fresh and made in the spot so might take an extra minute but it's worth it. The guy working there was very polite. Hadn't had Hardee's in a white i had honestly forgotten how good their burgers are. Get the Frisco you won't be disappointed.

Service sucks place a order thru the app for drive thru pickup gets there and the drive thru was close so I try to go inside to pickup my orders I placed on the app and the doors was locked employees just standing around in the dark I called to get a refund and the girl said they don't give refunds I have to go online to get it but she couldn't tell how to process a refund online very unprofessional do better I lost my money because of lack of training for your management.

Breakfast was great and I was on my way in little time.
Drive thru was quick and my food was hot. Biscuits were fluffy and soft and they currently have a great 2 for $5 deal.

To restate what is already here. The young lady at the counter and sometimes in the drive thru in the am shift has a major attitude problem. She is snippy, grouchy and verbally abusive to the older lady that works there. I regularly visit the location and have seen her in action multiple times being rude to customers and belittling the older lady in front of customers. Management needs to act

Place was dirty and had coffee stains and food scraps on the counter at 7 a.m this morning so that means it wasn't cleaned the night before. The younger lady at the counter has a major attitude problem like she doesn't wanna work at Hardee's well if you dont wanna work there then quit!
