Went through drive thru and the lady was rude! My daughter said two teams and then before she could say anything else told to pull around. When we got to window my daughter tried to add a biscuit and the lady said too late drive back around. We did not get a receipt so not sure to complain to but won’t be going back!

Employees are extremely rude and just plain nasty. Was ignored for 5 minutes although I was the only one in line (inside) and I know they saw me. Main woman, who appeared to be the manager, was screaming at the other employees and when she finally turned to me, she was very snarky and obnoxious. Avoid this location at all costs.

So I went when there on Wednesday, they was about to close and the 2 young ladies at the front were so nice and helpful(Shereka and Tatiana). They stop cleaning to help me. Great customer service and attentiveness. The cook JoJo made my food fresh and it was amazing, he was nice as well. I had long day on the day and they made it so much better. A simple gesture can mean alot to someone. We chatted for a lil while and they were so respectful and didn't make me feel rushed even though they were closing. I appreciate the interaction with you ladies and keep up the good work 🤗🤗.

Come on now!!! Not only did yall fall so far down the fast food chain that yall gave up on fried chicken, but did yall just stop cleaning the facilities or caring about staying in the fast food game? I walk in and there are 5 employees sitting in various places on the phone, sleeping or waiting on the slow death to end. My dude at the register waiting on his reup run took my order before going to wake up the cook in the back and telling the yn up front to get his shit together bc the cameras are watching him. Honestly I questioned even walkin in whether this specific location was even still open. Now I question why the hell I didn’t just keep walking through and back around to my car to go somewhere else… I made sure not to touch any counters, surfaces or tables as I stood there sticking to the floors, and I work on a fishing boat in Alaska, so if I can eat food while being soaking wet, covered in fish and nettles but not want to be in this place, that’s bad!

I arrived at the end of when breakfast was served. The cashier who greeted me was friendly and attentive. She was working the register and the drive thru. The food was handed to me as fast as I ordered it. I ordered a sausage and egg biscuit. The food was hot, but it was very greasy and salty.

This place is a joke! They couldn't serve me in person because they only had two employees and noticed there was no one in the driveway thru line. Furthermore, they tried to kick me out early another time 15 minutes early before closing time. If you don't want people's business, you should shutter the store. This is my last visit to this location!
