If it was possible to leave zero stars I would. Walked in and waited 5 mins as staff continued to walk past the counter with zero acknowledgement of my existence as a customer. While two staff members counted their drawers with their back turned to me... Weird time to change over drawers .. I the middle of lunch. I was literally the only one at the counter... And never got a hello, just one minute sir, or anything. Dumpster fire of a fast food brand. Now I see why it was empty and all the Hardees are closing in Richmond.

Often a poorly stocked location lacking many of the most basic parts of their menu even early in the day and the service is fairly slow, the kid taking my order honestly just looked confused and didn't seem mentally present throughout my order also the facilities are just grimey. It's honestly sad to see what was once a great restaurant location go down hill like this.

The drive through was slooooooowwwww! I know that I waited at least 20 minutes for a big bag lunch! Fries were cold and the Burgers were not prepared as ordered. They need someone else in that kitchen that can multi-task.
Three cars in the drive through and the place freezes? The guy in the window was walking around doing nothing, im thinking he could have gone back there and helped

These people are like family at this location. Especially the drive thru window folks, they are so great! Staff have been resilient on challenging days. I know people who have gone here for years and years. The biscuits are the absolute best and fulfill the Hardees promise whether you like sausage or bacon or any other style. More soda options would be nice.
They got our order wrong and didn’t apologize for it and didn’t give any compensation.

Went through drive thru and the lady was rude! My daughter said two teams and then before she could say anything else told to pull around. When we got to window my daughter tried to add a biscuit and the lady said too late drive back around. We did not get a receipt so not sure to complain to but won’t be going back!

Employees are extremely rude and just plain nasty. Was ignored for 5 minutes although I was the only one in line (inside) and I know they saw me. Main woman, who appeared to be the manager, was screaming at the other employees and when she finally turned to me, she was very snarky and obnoxious. Avoid this location at all costs.
