Best sushi on this side of town since Sushi Box closed. I’ve ordered here over 50 times between Uber eats & eating in person. Consistency in quality & taste can’t get any better. Great & fast service in person. My go to order is Shrimp Shumai, Seaweed Salad, Sunset Roll, & Rainbow Roll.

It was a great experience. The rolls are absolutely delicious. Would recommend the Lobster Roll and Hawaiian Roll anytime. The seaweed salad was well portioned. Husband and I will definitely be back!

I picked up from here today (May 7) at about 2:30 pm and the restaurant was dark with no one there, and the food I picked up had old seeming lettuce as it had orange and brown ageing. The sushi was small and not very fresh.

Imagine taking leftover fish that had been shipped from the Carolinas last week, sticking it in the fridge for 2 days, making sushi with canned mango and old rice, slicing rolls and then sticking them back in the fridge, and eating it the next day after leaving it on the counter for 30 minutes.
That's pretty much what Hiro Sushi tastes like. Worst sushi of my entire life.
My son liked the fried rice, though. Pretty much standard to Chinese takeout, so at least he had a decent dinner.
I got there during lunch hour and received the complementary miso soup and salad even though I didn’t order the lunch specials, which is always a win! The pancake sushi is a must try! Lightly crispy and chewiness on the inside like a fried mochi texture, but sushi style. The salmon sushi is yummy and basic. The shrimp sushi was good, but the appetizer was tastier. Service was a bit slow, but pleasant. Plenty of parking.

Good restaurant, usually is very calm and peaceful. The flavor and portions are good, it doesn’t have a high cost. I would say that the shrimp and vegetables tempura is so good! So crunchy and delicious.

We have eaten here on and off for years and it has gone downhill to the point of us blacklisting hiro sushi. Got 2 bento boxes and the soup and salad were not good at all. The California roll was inedible. I ordered shrimp teriyaki and received salmon. My wife ordered chicken and it was so thin and dry. So sad to see a staple of the area fall so hard. The restaurant was completely empty besides the 2 of us.

The service was a little slow but good, our only issue was that we ordered a Volcano roll which is supposed to be a deep fried roll and we got a very small uncooked roll with crunch topping on top! It cost 11.95 which was a bummer, not really worth the price tag for that. Tried to tell the waitress and she told me it was supposed to be like that, so we accepted it. But thinking back the menu definitely says deep fried so we feel like it wasn’t what we ordered :(
