The food was amazing however the lady up front has thr worst attitude ever. She kept telling me how old my children are as if I'm not the one who gave birth to them. The price was okay. As we were seated the waitress really nice but very rushy feeling.

They come up to you when you are serving your food to tell you that you have to pay extra, and they demand more tip when it has already been paid at the entrance. They especially approach the Hispanic community when clients do not know the language. If u come here check out ur receipt don't get scammed.

The place is nasty, they charge u more after u pay for the food. I don't recommend this place. Family’s if u have another option go there and don’t come here. This place is so really really bad and there's not a lot options of food.

I just left Hong Kong, I was going to eat with my family, a 3-year-old girl and a 5-year-old girl, they wanted to charge me $84$84 for two 3-year-old girls and a 5-year-old girl.$84 seems like a scam to me

Food is stale. Most trays are empty. Only meat available is imitation crab and chicken. Not good food. $50 for two. We could have gotten a delicious meal for that almost ANYWHERE else.

Every time I come here I feel rushed. I had my first plate and went up for another one and they said “thank you” thinking I was leaving already. I told them I’m not leaving yet and when I came back my things were gone. My drink, my fork, everything. The food is hit or miss. Today I came in and everything was cold and hard, last time was pretty good so it’s a gamble. I’m pretty sure the pizza is digiorno, and they labeled fish nuggets as chicken nuggets so beware if you have allergies. Oh and the bathrooms stink horrendously.

I will definitely NOT be returning here. First problem that didnt make since was that you gotta pay before u eat. Most of the food bar looked like it had been sitting there for a few hrs. Rice was dry and hard, chicken cuts were not fully done, NO CRAB LEGS (false advertising) but there were some small dry looking crabs, and some other foods were cold. If it wasnt for my mother saying she was HUNGRY i was leaving this place. Also the staff was not very inviting. Sometimes you can feel the vibe and there definitely wasnt one here. CHOOSE ANOTHER BUFFET.

**A Horrible Experience: Beware of This Restaurant’s Customer Service**

Today, on what should have been a joyful celebration for my daughter’s 4th birthday, we were met with an appalling experience at this restaurant. Our group consisted of four children and three adults, including my fiancé, who briefly stepped out to the car. Upon entering, the restaurant was seemingly empty, and an older woman at the front asked how many were in our party. I calmly replied with our numbers, but she began yelling at me, demanding to know again how many people were with us. When I repeated myself, she interrupted, yelling over me, and then bizarrely asked my 12-year-old son his age. When he answered, she made an inappropriate comment about his size, muttered something in a foreign language, and decided to charge him as an adult.

It didn’t stop there. She then turned her attention to my 6-year-old daughter, aggressively questioning her. When my daughter didn’t respond, I explained her age, only to be met with more rudeness. We asked for water to drink, and she charged us for it, along with a mysterious $10 “tip” she labeled as a service charge. When I inquired about this charge, she vaguely referenced a 13% notice on the door, which we later confirmed made no mention of an automatic tip.

To make matters worse, as we tried to maintain our composure and enjoy our day, she continued to speak about us in a foreign language, pointing and making us feel humiliated in front of a now-growing line of customers. The experience had become unbearable. Before we even sat down, we decided to request a refund.

What followed was even more distressing. She escalated her yelling, demanded my debit card, and refused to process the refund immediately, insisting we wait until she finished with the new customers. I was left feeling harassed and further humiliated. When another worker finally stepped in to assist, they had to repeatedly tell her to stop and leave us alone.

This was, without a doubt, the worst dining experience I have ever had. I am convinced this treatment was racially motivated, as I observed her being pleasant, calm, and professional with every other customer who did not look like me.

Please, if you value respectful and decent customer service, stay away from this establishment.

Let me just start by sayin, NEVER AGAIN! This place was definitely a place to eat back in 2016 but around 2019, the owner must’ve had a stroke or something with those prices. Even with the high prices, the food was unpleasant, not even cooked, or just a way to get a disease. Anyone who plans to try it for the first time, be cautious with the food you eat (if there’s food to begin with). If the owner charges you high, Don’t go back! ?

It was not tasty at all, most people go to this place to taste different sea products, but that is not what you come here for at all, the food is all extremely greasy, I think that they do not change the oil in which they fry the products at all, it was very disgusting and not tasty , the glasses had an unpleasant smell of chlorine, I categorically do not recommend it,
