I'm in line, put my stuff on the counter and asked for a product behind the counter. When several others came to the counter to pay as well, he totally ignored me that fast and checked them out. I walked out. The other guys are friendly.

I have never had a bad experience with Hopkins. Either for food or for last minute items, the staff is so friendly and fun. There food is always well prepared, flavorful and you certainly get more than you pay for! My only con is they don't sell my brand of smokes ?

Do not eat there in summer time it's flies flying and landing all on your food while they cooking it...they Do not wear masks or gloves... Do not cook fish properly got sick after eating it(twice, I was not convinced the 1st time i got sick)...Other foods they cook are ok but not going to eat there again because of the fish problem. Customer service could be a bit better... Convenient Location... The best part is You can pay for Lottery with Debit card...

Reminds me of places from back home in NYC, a multitude of different languages spoken, good foods from different cultures, everyone knows each other, and everyone is friendly. I will definitely be back for takeout, until the one closer to my neighborhood is finished being renovated, in looking forward to having a location nearby.
Dietary restrictions: I, sadly, am living the low carb life and thus must abstain from bread and other wonderful things... That was no problem, as soon as I explained what I could eat and not, they were quick to suggest dishes they could modify for me to eliminate the carbs. They made me a big beautiful salad with tons of meats and cheeses and it was perfect!

Their foods always touch my soul. Good customer service! The lady with glasses behind the deli is my dawg. Everyone else on register is cool also; however lower them damn back wood prices! Still give you a 5. Another thing, call ya order in. It’ll be ready when you arrive, if not you won’t have to wait long even tho it’s gets busy.
