⭐☆☆☆☆ I’ve come to this hot pot place several times, and every time they charge something different. The staff has a really bad attitude, and they talk badly about customers right in front of you. It’s very unprofessional and makes the whole experience uncomfortable. I won’t be coming back and don’t recommend this place at all.

First time trying Hot Pot and it was amazing! Food was delicious hot pot and Korean BBQ, salad bar was yummy, especially kimchi cucumbers, and waitress was so helpful and nice! Definitely will be back, and will recommend it highly. Very clean, plenty of space, loved it!

I’m a Kpot fan, but this has been my first and worst food experience, meat super bad quality, flavor of the soup, changed 2 times, both and I didn’t want to change a third time cause the server look annoyed (I understand, I will be too).

Fantastic atmosphere and decor from the moment you walk in the door, very welcoming, colorful, cultural, and modern/traditional combination. Service quick, kind, very helpful, and they explain everything nicely. Food came out quick, BBQ delicious, hot pot was great and generous on portions. Very great smoothies better than tropical smoothie's for sure. Easy to navigate, food was all good quality and fresh. Highly recommend, I'd definitely come again and again especially for $23 a person. Fantastic!!!

I went here with 2 friends on Sunday ( a group of 3 late twenties Richmonders). There were 3 people standing at the hostess desk, but they chose to let the robot walk us to our table (not a problem, we laughed as we were walking to our table.) Once we get to our table, we waited 20 minutes for somebody to come and ask us for our drinks. Our server was rude, - he rushed through the menu for the members of our party who had never tried Korean bbq or hot pot before. He left to give us time to look over the menu - he gave us our dinks within the next 5 minutes and rushed off before we could ask him questions. By the time he returned (nearly 15 minutes later) we were pretty frustrated about the treatment we were receiving and were discussing leaving to go to the Richmond location. We decided to stay, and as I was beginning to tell him my order he mumbled something under his breath, locked the iPad and stormed off. At that point, we retrieved a manager who gave us exceptional service and were able to enjoy our night.We ended up noticing our previous server looking and pointing at us while making (what we assumed to be) disparaging remarks to another restaurant worker about us although we never made a scene about the poor treatment we were receiving prior to retrieving a manger. The food was good and we ended up enjoying the rest of our night, but admittedly we left a bit disheartened by the service we received at the first half of our visit.

This place is so much fun. Great place for group events like birthday parties etc. We always get the grill and Hot pot. Tons of meat and veggies to put into your soup and on the grill at your table. A buffet of sauces and desserts are also included and you can mix things however you like. Order a little bit and then work your way up. If you order too much and have a lot of leftovers you will be charged for food waste.
