Hunan Cafe is awesome! They have a huge vegetarian section of the menu in addition to all of the usual veg/tofu stuff. They're always super nice and remember me when I come in.

I came 20 minutes prior to closing time. Since it was empty I should have left. However. I ordered Kung Pao Chicken, Fried Rice & Egg Dop soup... and was given a cake for free. The chicken and rice was quite good. Egg drop soup was GLUE and I have been smearing it on my dog's food! And the free cake?? As you can see.... Thank God I decided to separate the squares after a very small bite of slimey, soft goo. I may give them another try in the daytime but suspect not. I'm a bit gun-shy!

We were barely greeted, and it felt like we were bothering them just by being there. Our server was rude, inattentive, and kept disappearing for long stretches. When we asked a simple question about the menu, they responded with attitude instead of help. Food took forever, and by the time it arrived, the mood was already ruined. Definitely not coming back

While it is Christmas Day, and it’s understandable being busy, maybe even a little forgetful..I spent $70 here, and tipped before even picking up my food. They forgot part of my order, went right back and got that..then getting home a second time realized they had forgotten something else. So I called and requested those two things be refunded, they offered me credit to which I declined..and was told they would call me back. After tasting the food I was all together unimpressed. The food was severely lacking in flavor, bland and unseasoned, the tapioca pearls in my boba were soggy(did not know this was possible)..the staff was friendly. But I would not recommend
