Delivery driver was rude and was upset that a tip wasnt added to the online order (because I forgot to while checking out). He was very reluctant to hand me the food until I took my wallet out to give him cash as I realized I forgot to tip on the online order.Food is good, but I wont eat here again because of the rude asian man.

I order take out from Hunan East very often - it is basic American Chinese fare, always consistent, serve hot, and fast service. I especially like their beef chow fun, steamed dumplings, and Kung pao chicken. They have a great lunch special during the week (also available for takeout).

Descent Chinese restaurant in Richmond City. I'm from the D.M.V. originally where good Chinese spots abound. Hunan compares to an average D.M.V Chinese restaurant.

This little restaurant is my all time favorite chinese food they have amazing vegan/vegetarian options and can even mod some things to be tofu instead of meat this is my go to every time 100/10 even my family loves it the beef and broccoli, fried rice, and sesame beef, egg rolls, everything is always just absolutely great. And customer service is spot on. Always friendly and helpful. I dont go anywhere else.
