Food is as good as any other IHOP but they are horribly understaffed and its pretty obvious the staff that they do have is not paid enough to care. A bunch of the waitstaff was just standing around a bunch of empty tables while a line of 20 people waited to be seated or pick up their orders. I should not have to wait 20 minutes extra for a take out order that I placed half an hour ago for a single meal.
Parking: Can be hard to find parking during rushes.

Multiple Orders wrong and when brought out "corrected" it was still wrong, server made it seem like the other party and ours were a hardship and rushed this is after giving them a second chance. Not going back there.

The management there has all the employees overworked. With one poor waitress in charge of everything in that place

We weren't even able to be seated. We were happy we were the only ones there besides 2 other cars. We walked in nobody came to greet us. Their was a group of people sitting at a table I don't know if it was employees or guest if it was employees none of them even looked our way except one guy turned around and seen us he just rolled his eyes and turned back to the rest of the group. We were in at 630 this evening and stood in the front entrance for 15 minutes when nobody came out to sit us we decided it would be best if we just went down the road to McDonald's . I was really disappointed I had my mind set on eating IHOP. Truly a bad experience. With nobody in the parking lot you would've thought someone would've at least been there to greet us.

The food was extremely subpar. Not worth the price. Smelt bad when we walked in. Plus there is black mold every where on the ceilings. Not sure why we even stayed, really hungry. Don’t go to this location. We didn’t even get metal silverware. We got flimsy to go plastic silverware. Waiter wasn’t terrible but we will not be going back.

MOLD MOLD MOLD, on top of that, not a single food item was worth the cost and they only provided prepackaged plastic to go utensils.
Honestly if I had looked up at the ceiling before ordering the food than we would have left before the food arrived.
The mold was everywhere.

I ordered through delivery. The person had to wait over 45 minutes for my order to even pick it up. I paid extra for Cinnastack pancakes and it had no icing. Very disappointed.

Classic ihop, friendly staff, not always the fastest, and I wish they would replace the entrance ceiling tiles that are stained. Easy fix, crap first impression.

While the initial seating was prompt, the wait for our food was excessive, taking approximately one hour. The breakfast arrived lukewarm, despite the hot plate. Additionally, the quality of the water and overly sweet tea detracted from the dining experience. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.
