I picked up an omelette order this morning and it was just an egg omelette with all the toppings put in top instead of cooked in. OK, I can still figure it out, until on my second mouthful, I extracted a long fine hair 🤮 I won't be returning.

As a costumer, Worst IHOP I’ve been in all Richmond. Staff seems lost most of the time. If you have patience, this restaurant is for you, they take forever to bring the food out, even for a simple breakfast. As a dasher I DO NOT recommend picking up for them unless you wanna wait 20+ minutes to pick up a simple order, I wouldn’t want to imagine how long it’ll take for a more complicated order or a catering order.Manager pretends she’s going to pick up the food in the kitchen and takes another 10 minutes to look for it. I would recommend Cracker Barrel, it’s more authentic, better service, and better food

It has been years since we've eaten at an Ihop, and this was a truly pleasant experience. We were greeted by a very friendly staff member and seated immediately. Our waiter was prompt, polite and took care of everything we needed very quickly.
The restaurant itself was extremely clean and and a friendly neighborhood vibe.
The food itself was surprisingly good!!!

My wasn't waitress friendly, & only came 2 my table once after bring my food, & didn't bring me a item that I ordered, told me the item after I finished food then she gonna ask if I want ed 2 take the grits home after I almost finished my food. So I didn't give her a tip

Stop accepting doordash orders on the weekend if it’s gonna be an hour long wait. Worry about the customers on the inside first yall gave the option to turn off door dash orders do that when your line is out the door

They messed up on my fiance order. Took a hour till he got his order fixed but by then we had to leave so they put it in a box and it wasnt right then either.

Our waitress was amazing with her beautiful black and blue hair. Yvette was also very helpful. However we waited well over an hour for our food when there wasn't hardly anyone in the diner whatsoever. I asked for my Bacon Temptation omelette to have crispy bacon, it was not crispy at all. I then asked the nice waitress for a plate of CRISPY BACON and in return received a plate of half raw cooked bacon. I then told her she could just take it back since the cooks or chef couldn't correctly fry it crispy. At that point I wanted to walk back to the kitchen myself and show them how to follow directions. I work in diner, it's not hard to fry bacon. Jeez! We love and eat at IHOP often, and have never had a visit like that. Thank you Yvette and lovely woman with the black and blue for your service. Hopefully your cooks can learn how to properly follow customers requests.

I'm always annoyed by how the staff looks at you waiting to be seated but say nothing and keep walking. We waited 15 minutes to be seated. However, our server was fantastic and the food was tasty.
