Went here on Monday around 10:30, thinking we will be in and out but I was wrong. We picked this location since my husband and I have a flight to catch and this is the closest IHOP in Richmond International Airport. we have my parents with us and my dad and I was so excited to eat here since we have not been here for a long time. We were greeted by the hostess and seated right away. We noticed that there was a huge party seating already on our section. I assumed that our server was their server since we waited a long time before our server came and get our drink and food order. It took probably 15 minutes for our drinks to arrive and maybe 20+ minutes for our food to arrive. Our server was very nice though, We know that she might have different tables to serve but it was just taking a long time for our food to came out. what we order: my mom and I ordered the mushroom and spinach omelette, that order came with 3 stack of pancakes and we added a side of hash brown, our food was okay, pancake was a little bit disappointing because it did not taste like a pancake lol I feel like that there's something is missing with their ingredients there. my dad ordered the chicken fajitas omelette, he said it was good but I did not try it. My husband ordered their breakfast biscuit and he said it was okay.I know for sure I will not be going to IHOP anytime soon lol after this experience, very disappointing since before they have great meals here. Also, they need to do something about their bathroom. They only have 2 stalls and the other one was so dirty.I understand that they are short staffed but the management needs to do better.

The service and food was good overall. But went here originally because a coupon I had just received for free kids meals between 4-9. When I went to pay I was told they don't do that anymore even though they sent the coupons out a week prior. The kids meals are $12 each for a pancake and some eggs. The total for 4 people was almost $80. Gave a %20 off coupon which should have been $15 off. Instead the manager took $1 off the total.

The order was completely wrong. I order $59 worth of food, and I didn't get any syrup, utensils, paid for chesses on the eggs and didn't get it. Have call the restaurant twice and some one pick up the phone and hang it back up. What kind of of restaurant is this.

My children and I came to IHOP after church and although it was fairly empty inside, we did not get asked our drink or food order for over 45 mins!! Then didn't get our food for another 39 mins. While tables around us were being served at a normal rate, our server was covering for absent employees and did the best she could which wasn't the best at all. I will never eat at this establishment again. It truly made no sense for us to be at this restaurant for almost two while hours for the little bit of food we ate. And don't get me started on the cost??.

We literally just left from here and was about to eat here! Came inside n the lady said they served who they wanna serve! Like HUH!?? Where they do that at?? If u don’t want to do your job!! Don’t COME simple as that!!

IHOP has improved their menu. We tried the new biscuits. They are very buttery and since they slice them and heat them up on the grill, they had crispy tops, which was really tasty.The waffle and omelette we had were huge.Our server was really nice. The food came out really quickly (felt like maybe 10-15 minutes after we ordered- seriously).We don't typically go out for breakfast, and this was a nice experience.
