The food was fresh and hot. The restaurant was clean and organized.
Although the restaurant was extremely busy, we didn't wait long for a table or our food.

Audrey gave us false hope. Drinks were empty, bottomless coffee never refilled, dropped the check off and never came back while we saw other waiters taking checks from tables. When they did run our card it wasn't even our waitress that took it. Blueberry pancakes weren't bad.

My wife and two nieces went to eat here today. The food at the restaurant was good and it was very clean, which I was happy about. The service, however was subpar. The rest of the people at our party got their drinks, but I never got my coffee despite requesting it several times. At the end, I was charged for it and had remind our waiter to take it off because again I never received it. For the people that did get drinks at our table, straws were never given. After waiting several minutes to see if the waiter would be back, my wife went behind the register to grab straws because our nieces are toddlers and can’t wait that long. On top of that, our waiter only visited us to order the food/drinks, drop it off, and then to pay. We were not checked on in between. To say that we felt unattended for is an understatement. We will not be back to this IHOP and I will have to seriously consider whether I want to go back to an IHOP again especially since they can’t even figure out how to make a cup of coffee. I will close this review by saying that I feel very frustrated and irritated.

I was there on Sunday. I went to the bathroom w my kid, as I waited outside the stall, a worker came out of another stall , rinsed her hands w no soap.. as she walked out I mentioned that she didn’t use soap and she turns around and says she part of the cleaning crew .. so bc you clean you don’t have to use soap? Disgusting… I told the male hostess who was working that day..

We placed an online order for pick up at 7am. Upon arrival the manager lied and said he spoke to "someone" that we wanted the order closer to 8am. Clearly refusing to take accountability.
