We travel to this location as the one on laburnum is insufferable. The willow lawn location has always been consistent. The employees have always been nice even though they appear to be understaffed. Maybe just the time of day we go?

The food and service I got today was exactly the Ihop standard. The food was so delicious. The restaurant was very clean and smelled wonderful from front to back. Most definitely turned around from the last visit. My fingers was crossed. I won't say no names but another local location put my tbone in the microwave I'm never going back there. This is my best experience in the area brought back 90's memories when I was a kid. Keep up the good work.

Arrived to a lot of people waiting. Thought it was just a smaller IHOP and that’s why it looked so packed. This was our first time here. Was told 10-15 min wait for 2. In waiting we noticed at least 5 tables empty in our view. We were 4th on the list. The people who were seated before us were seated at tables that were empty when we arrived so not sure why they were waiting. We were also seated at a table that was empty when we arrived after about 25 minutes. Waitress took order and never came back. Had to ask for refill and check and someone conducting an interview at a nearby table helped with that

Me and my two daughter sat 45+ minutes we never even were asked what drinks did we need or was we ready to order , but there was 3 other families that came in after us and their orders were taken right away and food was given to them in a timely manner and I don’t wanna say this because I love ihop but this willow lawn location is not a good environment if you read these reviews you see that most colored people did not receive the proper treatment/service from this facility it really hurts to be treated unfairly and for it to happen in front of my kids hurt even more
My first time ever experiencing racism in my city its not cool no matter the color of anyone’s skin we should all be treated equally
#update the manager called to say that my waitress was sick ,there was between 5/6 waitress that was in that small area nobody communicated and said nothing not even the manager ,then he goes to tell me what experience wasn’t racism okay so why did a Hispanic group get fed or serviced before me and my two kids also there was a caucasian group that came in after me as well as soon as they were seated they instantly was served I hate that as African Americans when we say what we experienced others try to downplay what we’ve experienced I will no longer eat at a ihop this is just so disgusting and disrespectful

It's a chain, so you know what to expect. Except I had never eaten anything but breakfast there. As it was more like brunch time and I wasn't in the mood for my usual, I opted for a sandwich instead. It was a delightful surprise! Cali Roasted Turkey melt - tbh I gritted my teeth when I ordered it, because I am from CA and we don't call it that. But it was a very tasty sandwich with very fresh ingredients and the turkey was moist the bacon was crispy, in short they did it really well. I had onion rings, which were also good. The reason I can't write it higher than I did is because of the service. Our server barely communicated with us and was slow. I think our food was hot and fresh because we were seated next to the kitchen door. DGD was very disappointed because the menu is different from every other IHOP we've been to. She could not get the drink that she wanted. DGS was delighted with his pancake & DD said her omelet was "pretty good". Others mentioned the horrible dark stains on the ceiling tiles, which we also noticed. Our impression is that this IHOP has seen better days. They really need to do some work on it and I doubt it's even to code.
I'm here about once a week, staff is friendly. Service is quick

It was low average at best. The food took 40 minutes and the server was confused but we did make changes. Pancake batter was off and the pancakes were breaking apart. Will not return.

Ordered online and took longer than expected, did curbside and left on hold for 10 minutes, went inside and asked two people who said they’d check and never returned. Finally asked third person who went to get it and was cold and they had given me the wrong eggs. Second time this has happened at this location, really frustrating
