Waited a long time to get seated and it wasn’t even busy, no refills on drinks, order was wrong, Turkey bacon was not cooked, potatoes not cooked well, scrambled eggs runny, worst IHOP I have been to in a long time.

After work, I ordered a plate of fries before coming home. On my way to Kroger Market, I realized my order of fries looked like it could feed a bird. I also realize that someone spit on my fries when I try a few, therefore, I decided to order fries from Chick-fil-A. I never had this kind of problem with IHOP before, and I'm not sure if I want to come back again

Kid-friendliness: Great place for kids! Lots of kid friendly options and friendly staff.
Quite generic and took Ionger than desired. The menu wasn't put into the computer properly and we were overcharged for the breakfast, and part of it never came out. I won't blame the waitress for that but the faulty input in the computer. What's the food came out it tasted as expected, and it fit the bill. Generally I am an IHOP fan but will think twice about going again.

I ordered door dash and the food was over 30 min late and when it finally got here it was ice cold, missing toppings and tasted awful. Tried to call to get a refund and they said id have to wait til tomorrow when the main manager was there. Awful customer service and disgusting food. Never go
