When you think of the word ghetto, imagine this place. Its an 18 and over club that sells alcohol to patrons over 21 ofcourse, which i find too risky. If you want to listen to trap with a young crowd with enfamil still on their tongue, come here, if not, LEAVE FAST.

went here for a dance competition after party, my friends and I were mistreated and they tried to double charge us at the door and inside of the club (at the top of the ramp) EVEN THOUGH we paid for our ticket ahead of time already! NEVER EVER GOING HERE. THE WORSE

It's a nice club but management sucks.. They don't check ID's, (ABC will soon take their liquor license).. will say customer didn't pay for food that they paid for and then get smart and ratchet with the customer. Very unprofessional.. this club will soon be shut down too!! Take your business elsewhere .. If the looks of club matched its owners/managers it would be a nice venue but since it doesn't Plush is right across the street.

Pearl is a good local brunch spot. We’ve tried and liked the croque madame, crabcake and redeye Benedicts, omelets, and bloody Mary’s. All delicious. One suggestion... offer a low carb side dish, not just potatoes and biscuits.

I was passing by to find somewhere i could get a rum'n'coke , and the owner, Bo i think grabbed me and daragged me in .. No s*** only place i had felt welcome all night in richmond. For the short while i was there since it was already near closing, had a better time there than 5 other places i had been last thursday. Thanks again to the owners for pullin me up in there! Def gonna roll back through when i have time off work
Image is a poorly run, hypocritical place. I've tried to go before but is very dangerous. I have been multiple times and never felt safe. Their bouncers are jokes. They let in underage and over drunk people making it a terrible environment. Honestly they have a good setup, so you would think 'if we book this venue we will be all set'. You are wrong in that assumption. We have booked numerous times and upon showing up have been told they were "double booked" and we would not be able to go inside. Ultimately the owners allow bouncers and their friends to invite whoever they want and they simply take control making the environment absolutely terrible. If you love having no control and numerous creeps approaching you and especially your girlfriends then book image. Girls are not safe at this location and numerous woman have said they would not return due to the level of insecurity at this club. Enjoy if you want, however for your own good, be safe.

My experience was amazing. The club had plenty of security so I felt safe, the bottle girls are so beautiful & the drinks in the section were in amazing acrylic boxes with the logo & led lights. The services as on point & the food was good. Clean bathrooms, no lines. The DJ was playing a range of music the crowd was hype and the owner greeted us with a smile. This club felt as if I was out of town. It was packed the only place in Richmond I would go on Friday nights.

sooooo, they don't have a credit card/ debit card machine. They have no idea hote much money they're losing. They said to many ppl saying fraud, but ppl not doing that for no reason. They need to get that chip reader, and make the card holder give their license and the server take a picture with their phone of the license, NO MORE FAKE FRAUD! The laws protect the person in the right, IJS

Went here yesterday and stayed all of 15 min. Horrible experience me and my friend had first off I called ahead of time to see how much admission was. I was told it was free after we arrived (after paying $5 in parking oh well) we were told by the some girl upfront admission was $20. Mind u they let 3 people ahead of us go without paying (mhm) security had to escort us in because they even said the club was free. Okay the vibe wasn't bad I go to the bar for drinks. They came up $35 ( yes 3 drinks) atm wasn't working and the light skin bartender was very nasty to me and my party to the point where I fight was about to go down. After fighting with her so she could give me my card and ID back (she slammed it on the table and hit my friends hand ) I decided to walk away. I was so excited about going to image as I've heard good things but never ever will I return and I will be telling people stay away from this ratchet club

Cons: They charged 1.85 surcharge on a top shelf Long Island... ghetto a** bartender refused to fix my drink after he put nasty 🤢 sour in it which I HATE. He had a disgusting attitude, wasn't friendly or personable. It was like having an expressionless robot fix my drink. The other bartender was dressed to suck peens for the night. Crowd is mostly young, sort of hoodish. Pros: Good music... I would return when I'm in the mood for hood🤷ðŸ¾â€â™€ï¸
