Incredible Edibles Bakery

We decided to use Incredible Edibles for our wedding and it was the best and easiest choice! They made the tasting SO easy, with a local pick up and at home tasting. We honestly had a hard time choosing what flavors to go with because they were all SO good. We went with a small, simple design for our cutting cake as well some sheet cakes for our guests. My dad (who is a big dessert guy) said it was the best wedding cake he's ever had. AVOID!!!! Incredible Edibles served the desserts at our November 12, 2022 wedding. We had a gelato cart that we were SO excited about, but one of the flavors could not be served because it was frozen shut on the gelato cart! When my mother tried to contact the owner to discuss the issue, the owner had the nerve to claim it never happened!! I was the bride and couldn't have my chosen flavor of gelato at my own wedding, and she had the nerve to say it did not happen!! And on top of that, there was a spider in one of the guest's gelato serving so, avoid!!!!

The cake I received for my October wedding was so beautiful and delicious. I worked with Debra who was an excellent communicator. Choosing Incredible Edibles was an excellent choice.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASECompany is a fraud .. we purchased a wedding cake to arrive for our wedding at 2pm for our wedding . Now only was it not there at the beginning of reception and wedding they showed up 2and half hours late . Not only where they late the lace we paid for was not included on the cake .. POINtBLANK PERIOD THEY DESTROYED OUR DAY.. they don’t pick up on the weekend when must wedding are and they don’t reply to emails. In fact the email contact on there instagram is the wrong info so if u needed them no contact.I regret ever speaking to them and really wish nobody ever purchase

entered into a contract to create a 4 tier cake with lace decoration to be delivered to the venue - **************************** - by 2 PM on October 1, 2022. 2 hours before my wedding!I called and messaged no less than 17 times with no response. At 4:40, I called again and left another message because we did not have a cake and I left my phone number again for a call back.

We had our grandsons first birthday cake made by them and it was perfect and delicious! Exactly like the picture I sent! Absolutely recommend’

Please!!!! Do not use this Bakery. The delivery time was 2pm, they arrived @ 4:40pm well in the mist of the Reception. No call to inform us they would be late.After more than 15 calls someone finally answered and said they were in traffic. The 3rd layer of the cake was so dry it was trashed. So, please don't waste your time or money for the sake of the Bride, Groom and your guest. Go anywhere else.

Did a cake tasting here recently, and the cakes were delicious! I was weary at first because of the location, and because the cake slices were cold, but let me tell you they were ALL awesome! We even went back and ordered from the smoothie shop lol. Haven't decided on who's actually making our cake yet, but this place definitely has my consideration! Stay tuned!

We used them for mini desserts and they were amazing! We got so many compliments on the desserts and they were delivered on time. Great choice for our wedding, and highly recommend!

Great experience from consultation up to the wedding day!! The cupcakes were SOOO good. We had four different flavors. Our wedding cake's design was exactly what we wanted, and paired perfectly with our cake topper and flowers (decorated by florist). Can't wait to try some again soon!!

Our wedding cake was delicious with each tier having it’s own separate cake flavor. We initially had a difficult time finding the Richmond location as it’s hidden in the back of a smoothie-type shop and there were no signs to indicate that Incredible Edibles even existed there. It seemed sketchy at first but once Debra led us to the back room for the tasting, it was a nice experience. She was friendly and accommodating. We tried about 10 different flavors and decided on 3 flavors for our wedding cake with a specific design. The cake was delivered on time and it was beautiful! Our guests loved the cake and talked about how delicious it was!

We used Incredible Edibles for our wedding and oh my goodness, was it amazing! I have never tasted cake and cupcakes as good as these before. Debra was so understanding, flexible, and easy to work with. People are still raving about how good everything was on our big day!

What a great idea, at my nephews wedding, not sure if they hired or was part of the Venue at the Historic Manakin House, but they had a little gelati cart for dessert. It fit the wedding so nice. It was a fun and delicious dessert option for the wedding. Everything was super tasty, my favorite was the strawberry cheese cake, but banana ripple was up there as well. The girl working the cart was super sweet. If you can hire this for a party, reception or any event, its sure to be a hit!

The Incredible Edibles team is fantastic to work with and their cakes are delicious! They made our wedding cake this past October and it was flawless. I would definitely recommend them!
