Karma is a .....Over an order of white rice that was left off my $50 take-out meals. I called, was told to drive back and they would fix it. I forgot my wallet and the recpt at home and they wanted to charge me for the side of rice they left off the order, Since I didnt have the recpt ,I could not verfiy they never charged me! Bottom line, the owner would not give me an extra pint of rice to go with my $50 take out order and had his staff argue with me after asking me to drive back to get it. I had been getting takeout for 10 years...goes to show you never know who youre supporting until it comes down to a pint of white rice. Response to owner: it happened. The waitress who stepped in was a short, gothic dressed woman, looked like she belonged in a punk band, not the head waitress maitre d at an Indian restaurant, she was there for years, never smiled. She said she spoke to you. the night I drove back and she gave me a hard time saying she didn't have.a.way to access the original receipt... I had just left 10 minutes earlier after paying for the food that included extra rice that I didn't get in the bag.. I asked to speak to the manager she disappeared and came back and said I had to pay for the rice.. the fact that you're on here defending it saying that you would never act that way instead of apologizing and offering to fix the situation if I come back.. shows the public that you deny any accountability so it aligns with the problem i had

Beautiful and clean, excellent friendly service.I had goat curry... spicy... divine. I can taste every spice. The cumin. The turmeric. The cinnamon, the clove. Every spice was present and the Naan made it even better after balancing the flavors. The goat was tender and delicious. The samosa, the dessert as well all well done. Thank you fellas! Thank you chef! I'll be back whenever I'm in Richmond!P.s. I came In late as they were closing and they were still so kind. Exemplary service. As a chef of 23 years they are doing this business right.

Went there for lunch, which includes a small appetizer, naan, and dessert. My chicken vindaloo was amazing as were the other items. I had it spiced extra hot and it was perfect as was the entire meal. My wife's mild butter chicken was also great. Coupled with great service, this is absolutely worth going out of your way for .
With the price of fast food you might as well just get their nice lil lunch combos to-go. They’re pretty quick about it and it’s a lot of food diversity.
