Cookies are delicious of course but DO NOT GET DELIVERY THROUGH INSOMNIA. I am guessing door dash is a better experience but all I know is insomnia delivery has been terrible. Order was supposed to arrive by 10:08. I called at 10:15 and was told my cookies would be here in less than 10 minutes and if not, call back. So I call back 20 minutes later and hear, “oh yeah I see the driver is 3 stop lights away right now, less than 6 minutes.” then 10 minutes later a text comes through “your order will be here in 5 minutes” A text finally comes through with a photo of delivery. Except the photo is not of our patio, and no cookies are found there. I called and they agreed to refund me which I appreciate. Hopefully I will receive it.

do NOT order delivery from this place, placed an order and waited 45 minutes before calling to check up on it, they said someone just left to deliver it. Another 20 minutes goes by (place is 10 minutes from apartment) so I called again and am immediately met with an attitude so I hung up. Same woman calls me back to say that they just got someone to deliver. So it was never actually on the way from the first call. I would have just baked my own gd brownie if I knew it took this long to put a desert in a box and hand it to someone.

I order 4 cookies tell me why I get home I noticed we only had three out of the four and it was a simple order also they obviously can’t count here and I was charged for all four.

The cookies aren’t bad. I’ve had better. They’re not worth 20 dollars for 6. Maybe 10 dollars for 6. Nothing special about them. Only complaint is they’re mediocre and double the price they should be.

These cookies are super amazing, the size, the texture, the taste, the presentation is everything, I haven't ordered in a year because I was on my healthy kick, I decided to treat myself and it was just as amazing as the first time I ever tried it, kudos to you guys, will order again for sure but not to often I'm being good lol

Cookies arrived an hour after estimated delivery time. And they were very cold. I was having a difficult evening and all I wanted were some warm cookies. Delivery driver just dropped the cookies off on the floor when I specifically stated I wanted them handed to me to prevent them getting stolen. Over priced and cold cookies was not what I signed up for on a Friday evening. Disappointing.
