After my daughters cookie delivery was stolen from her dorm reception area, following a GIANT cluster with delivery time and the website defaulting to an ASAP delivery AND not contacting her to set up a time that was convenient for her to receive the order. (Not allowing anyone to edit the order even immediately after it was placed). It was delivered and left at the reception area where it was stolen upon delivery. I called and spoke to a supervisor ( didn’t get his name unfortunately) and he was so friendly and understanding. He sent out a replacement order and coordinated a time with her that worked for her to meet downstairs to receive the order. This young man went out of his way to make things right. He was extremely helpful and personally made sure it was re delivered to her. Thank you again for your help and support. 10/10

I've been here a few times, and always love the cookies! Smores is hands down my favorite! (As you can tell by the photo. Eating while warm was bigger priority then pictures. 😅) I had a SUPER kind girl help me today, the receipt says Alexis. But she was so thorough in explaining things, and telling me that I could call to ask about certain cookies in advance being as I live like 50 minutes from this store. She was so sweet! Hands down deserves a raise, and made the experience that much more lovely. Will 100% visit again in the future! 🖤🍪
