After my daughters cookie delivery was stolen from her dorm reception area, following a GIANT cluster with delivery time and the website defaulting to an ASAP delivery AND not contacting her to set up a time that was convenient for her to receive the order. (Not allowing anyone to edit the order even immediately after it was placed). It was delivered and left at the reception area where it was stolen upon delivery. I called and spoke to a supervisor ( didn’t get his name unfortunately)...

I've been here a few times, and always love the cookies! Smores is hands down my favorite! (As you can tell by the photo. Eating while warm was bigger priority then pictures. 😅) I had a SUPER kind girl help me today, the receipt says Alexis. But she was so thorough in explaining things, and telling me that I could call to ask about certain cookies in advance being as I live like 50 minutes from this store. She was so sweet! Hands down deserves a raise, and made the experience...

Alexis was absolutely wonderful. She welcomed us with great positive energy as soon as we walked in the door. She recommended a couple of her favorites and had great customer service the entire time we were there. I will definitely be returning all thanks to her!
