iThaiz Restaurant

I ve ordered from this restaurant many times over the last few years and the food has mostly been quite good. I'm sad to say that the last couple of times I have ordered there seems to be a decline in the quality of the dishes I've had many times. Perhaps it's a new kitchen staff, but the seasoning if the dishes is flat and nowhere near as good as in the past. It's a big dissapointment I'm going to take a break from iThaiz for a while.

The food was hot and delicious - we love pad Thai - shrimp for the Mrs and pork for me. But I want to say how awesome their service is for takeout too - If you’re staying nearby (as we were) and just want to pick it up, they are very willing and friendly and made sure our food was hot even when we were late picking up our order - they went over and above what we ever would’ve expected! Excellent!!!!

I apologize for the unfavorable review, but our experience at this establishment was not what we anticipated. We had seen a pictures of a buffet option in Google search, but none was available upon our visit. The restaurant's ambiance felt cluttered, which contributed to a sense of discomfort. While my husband's meal was satisfactory, my fried rice with pineapple chicken had an unusual odor and I was unable to eat it. The staff was very friendly.

The food was amazing, the atmosphere was incredible last night, and we enjoyed every aspect of it! We would highly recommend it as it's one of the BEST Thai food places love it!

Let me start by saying, their food, for the most part, is good and satisfies my taste for Seafood Pad Thai when that’s what I have a taste for. HOWEVER… on 08/12/25 I called in an order and was told 15 minutes. I said fine. It was after work, I was going to see my 6 year old grandson who had just had surgery the day before so I was grabbing food and then meeting my daughter to go see him. Got gas and arrived at iThaiz. They were quite busy and noticeably understaffed. (Not a problem, it happens to a lot of places.) I made a statement to my daughter on the phone that 15 minutes turned into 34 minutes so I’m going to be running behind because they’re very busy. The cashier/waitress (N. Petsuda) began to yell at me that she didn’t want to hear my complaining, etc. and that she will give me my money back. I said nothing to her nor complained. I asked her was her behavior necessary as other patrons became alarmed as well and spoke up. She started kicking us out and yelling more and became enraged. I left while others on line asked for their orders to be cancelled as well. I realized that the receipt she gave me was not a refund receipt. I went back in and saw several items and straws on the floor. She was arguing with another woman who then told me after I left she began to throw things at them because they told her there was no need to behave this way. Needless to say, that is THE WORST experience of poor customer service I have ever dealt with in my life and I will NEVER go there again. Unfortunately it wasn’t an isolated incident with many witnesses who stated the same. That’s a lot of people to spread the word and that’s sad. The other woman who I usually saw was always great.

The restaurant was decorated well but I was not impressed with the food. I got summer rolls but the rice paper was ripped on all of them and they were tasteless. The lettuce inside was not fresh and there was nothing interesting about them. The curry I got was sub-par as well. Chewy bits in the meat, the sauce was overly salty and lacked the taste I expect.

I would definitely call this a disappointing experience.

I requested them to make my fried rice hot🌶and it was delicious

Ordered appetizers two meals from only received two soy sauces where is the duck sauce where is the mustard sauce where's not good

The food was terrible. Practically inedible. Tasted like cough syrup. Unfortunate because I wanted to like this place. I'm actually wondering if maybe my order wasn't made right.
