For the past couple weeks been trying to order pizza but they arent accepting orders online, and when i call they dont answer. the app wont open. I love the pizza but i cant order it. Been trying to order for at least 2 weeks now. Says they are open. no info anywhere saying what the issue is.

I would give ZERO stars if I could! I called this shop 20 minutes before closing and asked if they were still taking orders, and was told they were. I ordered and was told to be there in 10 minutes. Since we live 8 minutes away, that was easy. We arrived 10 minutes before they closed to the doors being locked. I told my daughter to knock on the door. Someone walked over to the door, looked at her, and walked away. We thought that he was going to get our pizza until he never came back! While waiting, we called 4 times and no one answered. Needless to say, we did not get our dinner that night. I called later to speak to a manager/owner about the incident, and was RUDELY yelled at and told that we never came, that we never knocked on the door, or even called that evening, when I have the proof on my cellphone. I tried to say that I have the proof, but I was drowned out by this manager/owner yelling NO, NO, NO! Then he hung up on me! There was no reasonable discussion to be had! Such outrageously poor customer service! In this time of a pandemic, we try to support small businesses, but if they act like this why bother. Customers beware! We will not be returning, and suggest you think twice before ordering here as well!

They have the BEST pizza!! This was my first order and I went through ubereats and chose the priority option and the pizza came HOT. My order was correct and the food was excellent! Definitely going to be my go-to pizza place ?❤️

Love their pizza! Crust is medium thin, toppings are plentiful, and prices are great. Takeout special is $10 for large pizza with 2 toppings. What a deal!

Ordered a Florentine pizza with a greek salad. Received a cheese pizza with no salad. Was offered cheesy bread instead (it was already part of the extended order) Charged $19.45 for a $8.19 meal. No refund. No resolution. Not going to return. Have to dispute the charge through the credit card company. Buyer beware.

J. Roccos has become my go-to pizza place! Their pizza is the best in RVA I have ever had, and the customer service is fantastic! One time they delivered the wrong pizza and let me keep that one and delivered the correct one for free within 20 minutes. They are generous on the cheese and don't overcook their pizza! I don't order from any other place. It's a bit more expensive but WORTH IT!
Pizza is really good here. Got the don pizza and it's extremely good. If you like plenty of cheese this is the place for you.

Terrible. Wrong order, rude customer service, did nothing to help. Basically told me I would have to form my own investigation into what happened to my order or I could just order and repay for it again. Second time in a couple months I've ordered from them for my employees. First time spent $225+ a nice tip. This time not as much but still 6 pizzas. I will never order from them again.
