Jack Browns is one of the cities celebrated burger scenes. Easily ranking as one of the favorites for burgers in RVA. Wagyu beef and tons of craft beers…. You can’t beat it. Although the place is small, tucked away, it’s so worth a short walk. I personally tend to go earlier in the day to avoid wait times or it being super busy, but I’m sure it’s bumping in the evenings. Their sauce? As if it was crafted by the Gods. I’ve never had anything as good, and I don’t even know what it is. Our personal favorite burger is the Greg Brady. Perfection. The restaurant itself has a cool steampunk like atmosphere, yet still warm and inviting. This is easily one of our top 3 spots in Richmond. It’s become a requirement to visit when my parents are in town.

Burger and fries was delicious. They have so many tasty combinations. I didn't sample any of the many beers they have, but there are a ton. Atmosphere is super cool too. It can get a bit crowded and loud when they're busy so just keep that in mind.

Ok for the lonely crowd &/or couples, mixed gender & same, weekly lunch crowd well cared for by staff. Drinks refilled w/o complaint or dramatics. Sincere & kind service. Would eat here again & and recommend

Placed an order for pickup, spoke with 2 associates, waited for 10+ minutes simply to pay as the order was already bagged and tagged for pickup. Each associate walked past me to fulfil other clients and were informed I was there to pickup. I was heading to work so I had to leave it unfortunately. 🤦🏾‍♀️

It’s been a while since we’ve been. But the visits will be few and far in between moving forward. My son loved this place. He has so many other burgers he’s looking forward to trying. The fries are great and he was wowed by the fried Oreo cookies. I tried to prepare him but this was a welcomed treat for him. We look forward to going back.

I have been to most Jack Brown's so I know what to expect. Great burgers and a cool atmosphere.
Unfortunately this one was blasting country music so loud we couldn't hardly talk during our lunchtime.
Just irritating.

Their burgers are great, but the restaurant is closed. You can only order burgers to go. They could at least put this on their website so people don't waste their time driving there.
