Jack Brown's Beer & Burger Joint Richmond

This restaurant will not accommodate special needs children. Shame on them for turning away a mother with her autistic child last night to go sit in their car and wait on the other four in their party. All they needed was a little grace, the ability to bring in a cup of ice cream from next door due to the child's food issues - but No was the answer. Do better!!!

Please explain why a child with special needs can not have ice cream in your restaurant. Do you deny parents to feed their babies food or breast milk since these food items are not on your menu?

I recently visited Jack Brown’s in Richmond, VA, and was utterly blown away by The Chiflet burger. Imagine a juicy 1/3 lb patty crowned with crispy applewood smoked bacon, a perfectly fried egg, and a melt-in-your-mouth American-cheddar blend. The combination was, without exaggeration, out of this world! The ambiance inside is bar-centric with a clean, inviting vibe, offering both indoor and outdoor seating. Though parking might challenge you on the weekends, trust me, a short walk is a small price for such a delightful burger experience. The staff's warmth made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Simple place with friendly service and great burgers! Even the prices are very fair. This could be your local "Cheers"! Crinkle cut fries are crispy and there is plenty of ketchup...not like the places that serve in little forlorn cups. :)

Amazing burgers at a very affordable price. Great selection of beers and the Fried Oreo is delicious. Service a little lacking, but if you feel for a burger, you can't go wrong here, make sure you try their special sauce.
