Such a disappointment and then I AM PREGNANT so you know I am highly devastated by this salad! I legit cried while trying to eat this because the pineapple taste like it was just sitting out. The strawberries were very small and rotted and it was more lettuce in the fruit bowl than anything like really yall have to do better

I have a lot of amazing points to make here but my main one and the most important is I just came in on Christmas Eve after visiting my mom in a rehab hospital to get some lunch and go back in, and the person who helped me, Erin, was SO kind and considerate. The seafood gumbo is making me think of my mom (she’s from New Orleans) and I told her that when she came by to check if I liked it and she offered to send some to the hospital, which was the KINDEST thing a stranger has ever offered. This store is SO clean, so friendly, and so efficient. 100000/10

I ordered thru UBER eats and so can’t rate atmosphere - but I can for the sandwich. I’ll say, it was not a ‘order your way’ situation. You can’t select a bread, you can’t ask for extra mayo, extra anything. But I am not disappointed in any of that because I was in a ‘situation’ and needed something to eat. What got me though - was I had to HUNT for the mayo! And the bag of chips…it’s snack size - can’t get any smaller portion! Anyway, $20 sandwich lesson learned - NO MORE!

After several friends recommended this place, I was excited to try but unfortunately left extremely disappointed.
First, $40+ for a salad, half a sandwich and a cup of chili is insane at a place that has you filling your own drinks.
Secondly, the floor was wet around the salad bar and drink station. My wife slipped and fell on her knee. Luckily she was not seriously injured.
Now the food.... I got the salad bar and my wife got a pastrami sandwich and chili. The pastrami was tough and rubbery and the chili was watery. The "toasted" sourdough bread was so soggy it fell apart when picked up. The tomato was unripe.
The salad bar was decent but online it seemed like soup was included with it, but apparently not. It is also the first salad bar I've ever come across that was unclear as to whether or not it was unlimited. They only provide a single plate so I assumed that it wasn't.
I'm so bummed it wasn't a great experience because I love a salad bar and there's so few left. 😢
