i haven’t been to jersey mikes in years and i’m so glad my experience after so long was at this location. the food is great and cheap. the people that work here are awesome. definitely going to frequent this place

We used to love this sub shop!! Last few times it’s gone downhill. Ordered 3 subs yesterday, chicken Philly sub was the worse ever! Chicken was almost black, there was so much grease it was bad and tasted of pure salt. , I decided to return it to the guy that helped me when I returned seemed less than thrilled, made a statement “the customer is always right”. And I said not always but this time I am. I explained the issue he had to call someone to help him refund the money but he was a jerk to say the least. Not sure what’s happened with jersey mikes if it’s new owners or what but they need to keep up on their quality control they used to be so good!!! Subway has one up on them now.

This location is great. The manager and associates are all really friendly, attentive, and hard working. I’ve never had an experience that was less than exceptional. Highly recommend this jersey mikes. Love the food too, so many good subs. Love the cheesesteaks and the cold cut subs with mikes way. Probably going again later!

Staff is nice but not getting something for not only my wait but my inconvenience sucks it’s not my fault order didn’t come through. I will still probably go to Jersey mikes just might not come to this one anymore.

Food rating is for my wife's gluten-free sub, as this is one of the few places to offer that option. Staff was friendly and sandwich was put together quickly; checkout was quick. It's a chain sandwich shop, so can't really call the mediocre atmosphere score a miss. Sandwich price is a little high, but again, one of the few options available for GF.

Wow, hate it when they leave off the toppings, especially on my birthday! Prices out of control and not even giving napkins! Done with them...back to Wawa and Firehouse. Lesson learned.
