Visited this location during the water crisis when a lot of other businesses were closed. Evidently, they had been slammed all day due to the high volume of customers coming there because they were open and also being that another Jersey Mike's up the street from them closed early. The guy at the counter asked me for my order, and if I wanted to be his best friend, I would order a hot sub because than the people in the back had to make it. He also kept taking his hat off and slanging his hair back.

i havenât been to jersey mikes in years and iâm so glad my experience after so long was at this location. the food is great and cheap. the people that work here are awesome. definitely going to frequent this place

Order was incomplete. Staff was aloof to my requests for condiments. And did not include them on my order.
We used to love this sub shop!! Last few times itâs gone downhill. Ordered 3 subs yesterday, chicken Philly sub was the worse ever! Chicken was almost black, there was so much grease it was bad and tasted of pure salt. , I decided to return it to the guy that helped me when I returned seemed less than thrilled, made a statement âthe customer is always rightâ. And I said not always but this time I am. I explained the issue he had to call someone to help him refund the money but he was a jerk to say the least. Not sure whatâs happened with jersey mikes if itâs new owners or what but they need to keep up on their quality control they used to be so good!!! Subway has one up on them now.

This location is great. The manager and associates are all really friendly, attentive, and hard working. Iâve never had an experience that was less than exceptional. Highly recommend this jersey mikes. Love the food too, so many good subs. Love the cheesesteaks and the cold cut subs with mikes way. Probably going again later!
