Walked into the store to order a sub and the teenage employees had a portable speaker blasting music full of racial slurs. I don’t think this is Mikes way. Tighten up kids

I've been to this location several times with no issues. The staff has always been wonderful and helpful. Tonight, I went to pick up an order I placed online. The order wasn't on the pick up stand, and the 3 employees were busy with orders so I waited in the normal order line. When it was my turn, I said I was picking up an order. The employee helping me said to go to the pick up counter. When I got there, he handed me my order that was behind the counter and after I took the order, stared at me while pointing up at the big pick up sign. Yes. I can read. My order wasn't there so I decided it would be more polite to wait in line rather than flagging over an employee who was clearly busy working on another order. Felt very un-needed and mean spirited to make me feel stupid for standing in the wrong place.

I asked the guy in the back which sandwich was which he said “I don’t know you figure it out” are you serious?? What kind of customer service is this? An employee like that will run you guys out of business!

I keep giving this location chances but I won’t be back, it was a straggly beard hair in my sandwich, it’s no warm interaction when you need your money back either, it’s like it’s an inconvenience to the manager or something.

This place always disappoints. Food quality is terrible, service is slow. 40 minute wait for three sandwiches, and the two cheesesteaks were so dry it was like eating jerky. Never again. Save your money and go anywhere else.

The general manager Benjamin was very rude because my sandwich was made very soggy n I cudnt pick up the bread and I was telling him I was gone take pictures so he have proof because I was gone go tomorrow n get my sandwich on lunch I go all the time n cut me off so bad n was very disrespectful I ask who was n his manager he said he was the GM I said everyone has a boss he told me good luck finding one smh how can a general manager be so disrespectful for no reason I didn't like it and it was god will that I wasn't in front of Benjamin baby cuz when I say it was gone go very different it was

I came in literally 5 minutes before closing time, i hate doing that to places but i was starving. The guy justin didn’t even mind, reopened everything and got me right .
