My cornedbeef hash wash brown and had little flavor. Sausage egg and cheese biscuit wash overcooked. The eggs were Green?, the sausage was flavorless. Just not my thing

Had breakfast at Jill’s Cafe on Wednesday morning, 17th August 2022.
Ordered Mini American - poached eggs with sausages, not bacon.
Very nice. Yum.
Also Large Cappuccino coffee.
