I've been in a handful of times and every single time the staff has been excellent.

Service was horrible, the workers were very rude. They looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for some extra mayo packets and cherry peppers. And after all of that, there was a staple in MY CUP OF PEPPERS! If you can go to another location you should do that!

Placed an order thru the app for delivery and the app had this store as my closest so I placed my order. Apparently they only deliver on cycles so they called to let me know I was too far and they’d have to void my order. I offered to go and pick up so they wouldn’t void my order and I would just pick up and yet she still wanted to void my order and have me re order. The app caused the issue I offered to pick up since it was to far for them and she couldn’t just make my order. That’s bad customer service.

No stars. This is the worst jimmy John’s in town. We get a huge order of food multiple times a month and I get a wrap with no meat and every single time they deliver a poorly made, soggy, sloppy mess that is hardly edible. Every other jimmy John’s that I have ordered this same wrap from makes it perfectly. I hope a manager sees this and teaches the staff how to care a little bit.
The delivery was very quick. I tried the new Firecracker Wrap and it was so good! I always thought Jimmy Johns was just OK, but this was flavorful and so good even though I did not eat it for about 30 minutes after I got it. It has a great kick to it. I would definitely order it again and I also want to try their Jalapeno Chicken Ranch Wrap next.
My mom also enjoyed her sandwich, #10 Hunter's Club. She said she just wish it had more mayo.
P.S. it's just the angle of the picture that makes one half look smaller. It was a good size wrap and I was stuffed after!

Would loved to have given a better review, but hey your doors were locked, at 4 pm, on a Saturday. A terrible time to be closed to the public. Shame, I was excited for my first JJ sub.
Got hardly any avocado in the Beach club. Very disappointed.
If I could leave a zero star review I would. They left my sandwich sitting outside my 8 story office building in the rain. I was waiting outside at the opposite door (per the detailed directions I wrote on the order). Will never ever order again.

I cannot say enough good things about this location! My friends and I were in an insanely long line at the National waiting to get in and I called to verify that they could deliver to me at a moving location. I was assured that it was absolutely doable and wow!!!! 10 mins flat they delivered my sub and drink by bicycle and we were able to finish our food and drink all before even getting into the show!! Thank you so so much!!!!

Meh. I’ve been to a bunch of JJ’s all over the place. They are usually a bit better than Blimpie or Subway.Except this one.First, the prices are higher than the ones I go to in NC. Is Richmond more expensive than Durham?They pretty much ignored all the customization in my order like no mayo.And failed to put all the regular ingredients on my sandwich.Its the only JJ’s around here so Im just deleting the app. I dont see any reason to go back.

They lock the doors at8:47pm.When you walked blocks in the rain,No live person to answer the phone to pre-order.3 dudes behind counter...I could understand if it's one person.Hope a manager sees this.This is not customer service, it's not a bar, it takes literally 3 minutes to make even a large gargantuan.I call this poor work ethic"want to get out of here 13 minutes earlier".Shame
