If I could leave a zero star review I would. They left my sandwich sitting outside my 8 story office building in the rain. I was waiting outside at the opposite door (per the detailed directions I wrote on the order). Will never ever order again.

I cannot say enough good things about this location! My friends and I were in an insanely long line at the National waiting to get in and I called to verify that they could deliver to me at a moving location. I was assured that it was absolutely doable and wow!!!! 10 mins flat they delivered my sub and drink by bicycle and we were able to finish our food and drink all before even getting into the show!! Thank you so so much!!!!

For $15 a sandwich, you need to make the sandwich correctly. 4 times out of 5 they cannot do this. Employees smell like weed. How difficult is it to add pickles and hot peppers? Too difficult for this location.

Meh. I’ve been to a bunch of JJ’s all over the place. They are usually a bit better than Blimpie or Subway.Except this one.First, the prices are higher than the ones I go to in NC. Is Richmond more expensive than Durham?They pretty much ignored all the customization in my order like no mayo.And failed to put all the regular ingredients on my sandwich.Its the only JJ’s around here so Im just deleting the app. I dont see any reason to go back.

They lock the doors at8:47pm.When you walked blocks in the rain,No live person to answer the phone to pre-order.3 dudes behind counter...I could understand if it's one person.Hope a manager sees this.This is not customer service, it's not a bar, it takes literally 3 minutes to make even a large gargantuan.I call this poor work ethic"want to get out of here 13 minutes earlier".Shame

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is by far the worst JJ I have EVER had. Not food wise because how would I know? It’s never delivered to the correct place or just isn’t delivered. I was supposed to be getting a $40 refund and still haven’t. This was 2 weeks ago.

Delivery communication is trash. Very rude when my food wasn’t dropped off at the right location and I gave specific instructions. The person called me I said I’m coming because she can’t get in without a key fob. Get to my door no one is there I call her back no answer. My food sat outside the wrong address for almost 30 minutes. I offered to come pick up my food so it wouldn’t be left outside. Never have had issues retrieving my food until now. One person told me one thing somebody else is telling me something different. Do better.

Our company hosted a large lunch with about 40 people. I called when they first opened to verify the order and the person that answered was so helpful and friendly. They were able to bring lunch early, which was extremely helpful. Our delivery person was very nice. I would definitely visit this location again if I was in the area.

I placed an order for delivery at this location and a few minutes later I received a call from them. They told me that they couldn't deliver the order to me because they hadn't charged their electric bike that they use for delivery. This is the first time I ordered from them and it will be the last. I don't understand that level of incompetence.
