While there went to the bathroom and found out i had miscarried crying and bleeding i waited for my partner to come get me. While in there and employee knowing i was in there got the key to barge in left then started banging down the door yelling how theyre calling the cops on me crying saying i was bleeding and i waited for my ride they continued banging down the door cursing at me telling me still theyre calling the cops if i didnt leave immediately. I left sat outside with blood stained pants so distraught that when my partner got there i couldnt even talk. Miscarriages alone are traumatizing enough this has been one of the most traumatizing things to happen to me in my life and when i reached out to corporate no one even bothered to follow up.

I’ve bought food from this place, either Friday or Saturday night, multiple times in the past few months. Every time it’s been on point. Y’all do a good job, thank you for being open so late, I appreciate you.

Ordered a pick up then changed to delivery. The gal working that night actually ran 15 blocks to deliver. I wish I could remember her name. Should get employee of the month

Bought a giant sub, they accidentally rang us up for a regular, then told us we had to pay for the remainder of the price.
It gets much worse, brought my own cup in because when I asked for a water they gave me a little kid cone. Then I was told that I was STEALING ice from the soda dispenser, which cost 0.25 cent. I bought a $10 sub and can't even fill my own cup with ice. Which you can do for free at ANY food establishment.
Proceeded to go outside and was told that I needed to leave the grounds or they would call the cops.... Have never seen anything more absurd.

Crystal, with the glasses is very disrespectful and I will never return back to this location. Her customer service failed, I didn’t speak rude to her not one time and the tone of her voice was beyond me. I had left and another customer in store even said she was very rude. do better crystal.

Ordered several times, order incorrect each time. Today, 40 minutes after ordering I called to check the ETA and remind them about specifics. The lady who picked up the phone was rude, wouldn't allow to speak. Given her behavior I requested the order be canceled. I will spend the extra few bucks to doordash better in the future.

1: this place is not wheelchair or cane frendly.
2: The sandwich was sad with how little meat was on it. The slices of cheese were literally - not figuratively - literally thicker than the meat. Entirely wrong meat to bread to toppings ration. The sad translucent 'bacon' isn't even worth mentioning. Surprisingly - the lettuce was the best part of the sandwich... Truly 0/10 Never trying again. Save your money - Go anywhere else.

Usually I order on the app, walk up there and by that time it’s ready, pick up and go. But I needed delivery today. And I made a mistake and clicked the wrong address, so they delivered it there. I know they were pissed, I would’ve been, and I fully expected to have just missed out on that one. However, they made my order (or as far as I know went back to retrieve the first one) and delivered it to me at my correct address. They went above and beyond what they could’ve done and came through. It was totally my fault and they forgave me! Unlike some Christian churches they really did forgive me. Thanks Jimmy John’s.

Unfortunately I never made it in the place. Not accessible as advertised on google maps. You would have to call to find out you needed to be let in through the back door. Come on it’s 2024
Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible plain and simple. Having to enter from the back door is not acceptable.
WHERE IS THE MEAT?!
I paid $22 for a 8" sub and lettuce wrap. We received our food and noticed there was a SLIVER of Turkey on it. Knowing this couldn't be right, we went back into the store, showed the workers what is pictured below, and they both confirmed that is the proper measurement of meat on the sandwiches. HIGHWAY ROBBERY.
Never again.
I will stick to subway and any other sandwich shop, but Jimmy John's. People work too hard to be slighted in this way. We left literally still hungry.
Reading other comments from multiple different stores, this seems to be the Jimmy John's way. Shameful!
